Research On The Construction Of Working Team Of "Agriculture,Rural Areas And Farmers" From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The report to the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China put forward the great strategy of implementing rural revitalization,and clearly pointed out that we should cultivate a team of people who understand agriculture,love the countryside and love farmers.The key to the rural revitalization strategy lies in the support of talents.The construction of the working team of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" is not only focused on the realistic needs of the current rural agricultural development,but also a basic project for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.In the initial period of the rural revitalization strategy,the primary task is to train and build a new era of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" work team that can lead farmers,develop agriculture and build rural areas.In this paper,the working group of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" as the research object,in the inductive analysis on the basis of the basic connotation of "three rural" work team on the specific definition of the "three rural" work force is divided into working group of party and government work team,local farmers and social service team,in order to our country agriculture development present situation and the "three rural" work team to study and analysis of supply and demand situation.Through the study found that,although the current our country still has rich human resources in rural areas,but the rich rural human resource is not a huge talent capital,in the rural areas still serious lack of high quality talent team,slow hollowing out in the countryside,agriculture and peasants under the background of aging population,the "three rural" work team culture construction development situation facing the huge challenge of reality.At present,China's "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" working team training and construction is mainly faced with the lack of system,training system is not perfect,the lack of platform carrier,the weakening of management services and other problems,which seriously restricts the development of China's "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" working team.Based on this,the future must implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country future orientation,combined with domestic and foreign rural talent training experience and relevant theoretical reference and commitment to strengthen institutional supply,talent development,training system,management,service,development environment,such as work,build the "three rural" work team culture construction system,to promote rural revitalization strategy to provide talent guarantee.
