Research On The Expectation And Influencing Factors Of The Community Elderly Care Service Of The Urban Middle-aged

according to the statistics of Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province,as of November 2019,the number of registered elderly people(60 years old and above)in Nanchang City has reached more than 940,000,and the total number of elderly people accounts for the proportion of the total population of Nanchang City.As high as17.7%,the data shows that the aging rate in Nanchang City is as high as 15.08%,which is even higher than the aging rate in Jiangxi Province.In addition,the proportion of aging in Nanchang is continuously increasing at an average annual growth rate of 3.8%,which shows that the aging process in Nanchang is accelerating.It is expected that in 2020,the number of elderly in Nanchang will exceed 1 million.Based on literature research and questionnaire survey research,this paper selects middle-aged people in Nanchang urban area as the survey object based on the literature research on community elderly care services by domestic and foreign scholars,and uses SPSS software to perform regression analysis on the collected data.Data analysis shows that educational background factors,income level factors,and living style factors after retirement have an impact on some elderly care expectations.This is conducive to the community’s future planning of elderly care services,and the group characteristics are taken into consideration as the key points of service work.To create a service feature that satisfies the elderly care group and enhance their sense of happiness in the community’s elderly care life.This study has the following conclusions: the middle-aged population has a low level of understanding of community elderly care,the middle-aged population has different expectations for various elderly care services,and some individual characteristics affect the middle-aged population’s expectations for elderly care services.The recommendations are mainly aimed at The specific policies and suggestions put forward by the problems obtained from the research and analysis,including the provision of comprehensive community elderly care service projects,the construction of a professional community elderly care service team,and the development of an intelligent community elderly care service system,etc.
