At present,an important shift in social principal contradictions of our country,the basic demands of the people more and more present a multi-level,many aspects,the characteristics of diversification,past the traditional extensive type,control management way already can not meet the needs of the new era of social development,promote social management system reform and innovation has become the current and future a period of time the main hot topics.The move of "grid" governance is directional,targeted and guiding.It is regarded as a major innovation in the field of social governance and a new idea that can deal with the problems of grass-roots governance.Grid governance of grassroots communities not only keeps pace with The Times and responds to the new situation in the era of big data,but also focuses on people and reflects the new requirements of accurate services.Therefore,to further promote the practical application of grid governance in grass-roots community governance is the only way to improve the effectiveness of social governance,quickly respond to the needs of the masses,and promote the realization of a modern socialist power.In 2017,District J of T City was selected as the pilot area of "Total Factor Grid" in the province.After the practice in recent years,grid governance of grass-roots communities can indeed be called an effective grass-roots governance model,which has achieved double the result with half the effort in solving grass-roots problems,carrying out various community work and social peace and stability.This paper takes the grid governance practice of J District,T City as the starting point,takes "grid governance of grass-roots communities" as the research topic,carries out field and tracking visits,investigations and studies,collects,sorts out and analyzes first-hand practical materials,and uses detailed data,examples and real-time feedback as the realistic support of this paper.Through long-term follow-up research,the local innovation features of grid governance are excavated,the existing problems of local grid governance are considered,the main reasons and shortcomings of governance are analyzed,with a view to popularizing beneficial and effective local experience and practices,and putting forward improvement suggestions for the actual improvement of grid governance in this region.This paper has five parts: the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the research background and significance,summarizes the research framework,and summarizes the research methods and viewpoints.The second chapter explains the core concepts involved in grid governance one by one,and analyzes the theoretical basis,feasibility and necessity of grid governance,so as to make a certain theoretical preparation for the subsequent article discussion.The third chapter is the empirical case part,summarizes the community governance present situation,T City as the specific sample of investigation,introduces the operation basis,characteristic practices and results of grid governance in this region.The fourth chapter deeply analyzes the current problems and causes,so as to grasp the governance shortcomings in practical application of grid governance in this region.In view of the problems existing in the practice of grid governance at the present stage.The fifth chapter provides suggestions for the practical improvement of grid governance in J District of T City from five aspects:ideological system,organizational structure,platform operation,talent team and participation pattern.
