Study On The Participation Of New Rural Sages In People’s Mediation

In the process of building socialist modernization in an all-round way,China’s rural society is undergoing great changes with the development of The Times.Urbanization and modernization have broken the old social order in rural areas,brought about the change of rural society,changed the single economic structure in rural areas,and also affected the values and communication rules of villagers.Based on this,the rural social contradictions and disputes also show many and new changes,which conflicts with the weak judicial supply capacity in rural areas.When the countryside prospers,the country prospers;when the countryside languishes,the country languishes.In order to solve the problem of modern rural governance,alleviate the pressure of rural governance and the current phenomenon of "lawsuit explosion".On the basis of fully learning from the experience of the traditional villager’s participation in grassroots governance and the working mechanism of the people’s mediation system,the new villager enters the public’s vision again.Its own local and scientific nature conforms to the essential needs of rural development,has the natural legitimacy and practical necessity,and can act as a bridge connecting the rule of law,autonomy and the rule of virtue to realize the innovative development of the people’s mediation system.However,we should also see that there are still some problems in the system of new township talents participating in people’s mediation,such as the low degree of specialization of the main body,the fuzzy position of responsibilities,and the lack of relevant institutions and mechanisms.Therefore,from the perspective of "new rural sages",this paper discusses the legitimacy of new rural sages participating in people’s mediation system by discussing the concept and characteristics of new rural sages and the historical evolution of people’s mediation system,and combines the actual development status of new rural sages participating in people’s mediation in various regions.Based on the problems,measures are given to provide the legal environment,improve self-ability,straighten out the role positioning,and improve the system and mechanism,so as to improve the construction of the people’s mediation system for the participation of new villagers and sous,so as to contribute to the perfection of the multi-dispute resolution mechanism,the harmonious development of rural society and the continuous promotion of the rural revitalization strategy.
