| Cognitive dissonance theory is one of the most important theories in the field of social psychology.This theory holds that human cognitive structure is always in the process of dynamic and balanced development.By intervening in certain new cognitive factors,it causes the cognitive disorder of cognitive subjects and urges them to "optimize" the cognitive structure through a series of ways to achieve a new cognitive balance.The ideological and political education of the public security aims to educate and guide the police to form a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values,so as to better serve the Party and the people,and have a certain theoretical and practical fit with the theory of cognitive disorder.Therefore,in the ideological and political education of public security,the theory of cognitive dissonance can be borrowed and applied,to cause the cognitive dissonance of the educated police as the starting point,to optimize the cognitive structure as the goal,and finally improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political education of public security.This article contains five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.on the basis of the research background and research significance,the analysis of cognitive disorder theory and the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and summarizes the innovation of cognitive disorder theory in the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and introduces the main research methods of this paper.Chapter 2 is an overview of related concepts and theories.This chapter mainly expounds the relevant content of cognitive dissonance theory and the concept of the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education and the contradictions of the effectiveness of education.The third chapter is the necessity and feasibility of applying cognitive disorder theory to the effectiveness of public security ideological education.The necessity is discussed from the three aspects of the collaborative optimization of the effectiveness of the ideological and political education,the continuous promotion of the ideological and political education of the police and the promotion of the diversification of the ideological and political education.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the ideological and political education under the perspective of cognitive disorder theory.This chapter sorts out the current situation of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in public security combined with the questionnaire survey,and analyzes the problems combined with the theory of cognitive dissonance.The fifth chapter is the realistic path to improve the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education under the perspective of cognitive disorder theory.In view of the problems raised in the fourth chapter,the theory of cognitive disorder theory is combined with educational subject,educated police,educational intermediary and educational environmental elements to comprehensively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of public security.This paper with cognitive disorder theory as the research perspective,the purpose is in the "police-based" public security education reform,under the new era to deepen the reform of the public security ideological and political education to provide a new way of analysis,through the knowledge of social psychology,finally improve the effectiveness of public security ideological and political education. |
