How to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education is a frequently talked but new topic. Therefore, this thesis intended to search a new route and new method to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education based on communication as the key point and main line. Facing the current communicational deficiency and low time effectiveness in ideological and political education, this thesis will introduce the communicational ideology to ideological and political education. Guided by Marx's communication theory, Habermas'communicative action theory and Jaspers'communication theory, this thesis tries to put forward the concept of communicative ideological and political education. Discard the traditional idea of subject-object dichotomy, it will construct extremely new ideological and political education by both extremes of education. From the theoretical level, the ideological and political education would be helpful to enrich the basic theory of ideological and political education system and promote its scientific process; from the practical aspect, it will play an important role in enhancing the effectiveness and pertinence of the ideological and political education as well as keeping pace with the times.This article researches from history to reality, from theory to practice, from macroscopic to microcosmic. This article is divided into six parts and will cover the following content:The first part of the Introduction briefly describes the theoretical significance, the status quo in related fields, literature review, research methods and innovation.The second part outlines the three mainstream communication theories. Briefly, it introduces the category and main content of Marx's communication theory, the connotation and rationality of Habermas'communicative action theory, and the main content and forms of Jaspers'communication theory. And the interaction of ideological and political education under the theory are discussed briefly in the paper respectively.The third part systematically puts forward the concept of ideological and political education of communication,especially focus on discussing its meaning, original relations between the ideological and political education,essential attribute distinguished from traditional ideological and political education, and its extended aspects, such as life education, communication education, national spirit education, ecology education, etc.The fourth part deeply discusses the problems and the reasons based on the communication theory, such as the passive one-way form, the abstract way-out content, and incorrect communicative ideas. Then the communication theory will analyze the causes of these problems. By these three aspects the cause analysis concluded to inter-subjectivity, alienation of the life world from the lack of communication and the spirit.The fifth part puts forward the proposal about improving the actual effect and its feasibility based on the communication theory. In concept, it guided by the principle of people-oriented, mutual understanding, life world, rational communication; On practice, consistent with inter-subjectivity of subject-object relations, and through close to the life education content and method of the reality, to create suitable for communication, language, network environment.Finally, in conclusion, that part of the paper base on summary of the whole paper.It reiterates the importance to the effectiveness of communicative ideological and political education and point out the shortcomings of this paper.
