| Nowadays,the pace of urban development is getting faster and faster,the social structure is becoming more and more complex,and the contradictions and demands between stakeholders have become more diversified.The past social management models have shown many shortcomings,and the social governance methods urgently need to be reformed.The grid-based social governance is gradually being proposed and is known as an innovative model.At present,Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Shenzhen and many other cities have explored this new type of social governance model,and established various adaptive and distinctive governance models.As a typical model,pilots and Promotion.Since November 2017,S Street has been identified as the second batch of innovative grid-based pilot streets in Changzhou T District,and it has begun to explore "full-element grid" social governance.According to the pilot plan,S Street unified grid division standards,equipped with strong grid administrators,established a social governance platform,integrated the work of various departments,integrated and shared information resources,and fully implemented key tasks to achieve grid "All elements".This article consists of six chapters.The first chapter of the thesis introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and research methods,as well as researchable difficulties and innovations of this paper.The second chapter expounds related concepts and theoretical basis,and provides some theoretical basis for grid social governance.Chapter 3 summarizes the status quo of the "full-element grid" social governance of S Street in Changzhou City,and analyzes the basic situation,main methods and governance effects of the implementation of "full-element grid" social governance in S Street.Chapter 4 is based on the status quo of grid social governance in S Street,finds out the problems in grid social governance through questionnaires,and analyzes the causes of the problems from some perspectives.The fifth chapter analyzes the foreign social governance models and the grid social governance models of Beijing,Shanghai and Zhejiang,and summarizes the experience and enlightenment that the S street grid model can learn from.The sixth chapter puts forward reasonable suggestions for the problems existing in the development of the "full-element grid" social governance of S Street. |
