| In recent years,the aging process is accelerating,the aging population is increasing,the longevity of the population is prolonging,the pension problem has become the government and society extremely concerned about the problem.Affected by the implementation of family planning policy,changes in family structure,increasing pressure of social survival,the rapid development of pension institutions,the continuous upgrading of pension industry and other factors,more and more people choose to spend their old age peacefully in pension institutions.A series of problems have occurred after the elderly entered the pension institution.Although the material conditions have been constantly improved,the spiritual development has not been synchronized with them.Among them,the anxiety problem has been plaguing the elderly,and even affecting their normal life.Therefore,this article carries on the social work intervention research to the anxiety problem of the elderly in the institution endowment.Based on cognitive theory,role theory and empowerment theory,the author uses the method of semi-structured interview to analyze H Endowment Apartment as a case.Firstly,the development history and social group characteristics of pension institutions are analyzed.Since the appearance of The Lonely Garden and The Pititian Courtyard in the Southern and Northern Dynasties to help the homeless elderly,pension institutions continue to develop and mature,all kinds of infrastructure is constantly improved,and home and community pension can not meet the needs of pension.Institution endowment has become a choice for more and more old people to spend their old age,and the groups in the institution also have certain characteristics.Due to its system and the physical condition of the elderly,the elderly can only see their peers,can not go out to participate in social activities,daily life should be arranged according to the pension institution,therefore,the group of pension institutions has the characteristics of single group,limited social participation and collectivized life.The choice of institutional care means that the elderly leave the familiar environment,separation from their families,which also makes the elderly feel "abandoned" by their families.Some old people can not change their role in the life of pension institutions,still worry about everything at home;Near old age,the distribution and management of family property more hope to reasonable resettlement;As a result,from the perspective of family culture,there are anxiety issues such as the feeling of "being abandoned",the dilemma of role transition,the distribution and management of family property,and the understanding of death.In pension institutions,the elderly are subject to their institutional arrangements and do not have a real "home" identity to the pension institutions,resulting in the elderly have the feeling of "being managed" and lack of a sense of belonging.At the same time,due to the limitation of economic conditions and resources in pension institutions,the phenomenon of "house-sharing" has arisen in pension institutions.In addition,in the new environment,new interpersonal relationships have begun to be established.Therefore,the communication with roommates,other elderly people and staff in the institutions also makes the elderly very anxious.Thus,the author analyses the necessity of the social work intervention,with the aid of the power of the social work,for the elderly to carry out the theme of "it’s good to meet you","relax","says goodbye and anxiety","born to die","brave,not afraid of difficulties" niu niu five group work intervention,such as at the end of the working group,according to the scale of appraisal way and late return to the old man,The elderly’s ability to deal with anxiety problems has been improved,can face life with a positive and optimistic attitude,the intervention of social work to improve the elderly’s ability to deal with anxiety problems has a certain role. |
