Veterans retired working problem has outstanding importance to the development of China’s national defense, military service system, in accordance with the relevant part of the soldiers, after all, is faced with the problem of the army, and after some of these veterans retired because of education and learning technology has certain difficulties, leading to face problems such as difficult employment, thus produce psychological barriers. Each year most of the retired veterans have varying degrees of mood disorders, anxiety and employment is the most common veterans the expression of mood disorders, and occupies very important position in all mood disorders, and its performance is most prominent. It as a negative emotion, not only the serious influence the soldier’s physical and mental development, and gave the soldiers retired former mental stress and depression, lethargy in doing things, not intentional, not only against the development of forces, is unfavorable to the development of soldiers.The first part of this article will introduce the source of the selected topic and the significance of topic selection. Based on the work in the army and the whole process of every year, I experienced veterans retired, until the return to retired veterans to buy tickets.
