The 19 th National Congress requires that it is necessary to comprehensively promote the transformation of education informatization,establish and improve the public education governance system in the new era,and improve the modernization level of public education capabilities.In this context,many practical explorations have been carried out around the modernization of education governance throughout the country,especially in the economically developed coastal areas.Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan Province and an important node city in the southwestern region.Starting from the case of Chengdu’s digital governance driving the reform of public education services,this thesis uses the new public service theory,service-oriented government theory and digital governance theory to analyze the basic elements of public education service supply,and explores the impact of digital governance on the supply side of public education services.The driving force of reform has certain theoretical and practical significance.This thesis firstly conducts a literature review and analysis of related research on public education services and digital governance,and collects and organizes theoretical research and practical experience in domestic and foreign public education service supply,service efficiency,service system,and digital governance.Secondly,using the literature analysis method and case study method,based on the case of Chengdu’s digital governance driving public education service reform,it describes the era background and stages of Chengdu’s public education service reform,lists the main measures of digital governance,and summarizes the public education service reform in Chengdu.Effectiveness of Digital Governance of Educational Services.Finally,combined with the new public service theory,service-oriented government theory and digital governance theory,this thesis analyzes and expounds the transformation of public education service concept,operation mode,service mode,supply content and efficiency evaluation,and explores the driving effect of digital governance on public education service reform.Through the analysis of the reform practice of digital governance of public education services in Chengdu,this thesis draws the following inspirations: Digital governance takes "people-centered" as the basic concept and relies on information and digital technology to form a multi-subject governance model,which can achieve The coordination and cooperation between different entities,on the basis of optimizing the service process,reduces the difficulty of public participation and effectively promotes the transformation of the public service supply model.Digital governance is the product of the deep integration of public governance theory and digital technology,which provides a new channel for citizens to express their opinions and is of positive significance for the government to improve governance efficiency.The vigorous development of digital information technology is a strong driving force for the gradual transformation of the concept,subject,method,content and supervision of public education service supply.
