| At present,China has entered a comprehensive aging society and is facing severe situations such as "getting old before preparation","getting old before getting rich" and "no one providing for the elderly".The factors such as the extension of population life expectancy,the transformation of family structure,the increase of female labor market participation rate and the change of social contradictions in the new era lead to the improvement of the elderly’s pursuit of pension quality,which makes the existing pension model difficult to meet the rich and diverse pension needs of the elderly in the new era.The panoramic intelligent elderly care model integrates four elderly care models:community elderly care,home-based elderly care,embedded and family nursing home.It is an improvement of the existing elderly care model,can accurately identify the elderly care needs of the elderly,meet the diversified and personalized elderly care needs of the elderly of different ages,genders,education levels,physical conditions and regions,and is conducive to solving the current shortage of elderly care resources high pension cost and low pension service efficiency.Therefore,in-depth study of the panoramic intelligent pension model is of great significance.This paper mainly includes six parts: the first part mainly introduces the current severe aging situation and the disadvantages of the existing pension model,and discusses the research background,research significance,research status,research content,research methods and innovation of the panoramic intelligent pension model,which is the basis of this paper.The second part introduces the concepts of smart pension and panoramic smart pension model,and discusses the origin,development and application of social ecosystem theory.The third part studies the structural status of the panoramic smart pension ecosystem.Taking Anhui leting health pension Industry Co.,Ltd.as an example,it describes the constituent elements,basic characteristics and resource integration of the panoramic smart pension ecosystem.The fourth part analyzes the operation status of the panoramic smart pension ecosystem from the three levels of macro system,meso system and micro system,and analyzes the development problems faced by the panoramic smart pension model.In the macro system,there are problems such as insufficient overall development of smart pension policies,low financial support effect,weak social atmosphere of smart pension and insufficient research and development of core technologies of smart pension;At the meso system level,there are problems of insufficient development ability of enterprises and imperfect governance function of trade associations;At the micro system level,there are problems such as low participation enthusiasm of multiple subjects,weak ability of resource integration,insufficient support of human resources and imperfect reward and punishment system.The fifth part puts forward the countermeasures to realize the sustainable development of the panoramic intelligent elderly care model,improve the level of policy coordination,increase the intensity of financial payment,change the concept of elderly care and enhance enterprise technical means at the macro level,so as to create an environment conducive to development;At the meso level,improve the strength of pension products,guide the consumption concept of the elderly and guide the standardized development of the industry,and promote the ability of the meso system;At the micro level,stimulate the service enthusiasm of multiple subjects,strengthen the resource link ability,build a multi-level talent team,establish and improve the reward and punishment system,and realize the service upgrading of the micro system.The sixth part summarizes this study,and points out the shortcomings and future research direction of this paper.Figure [ 3 ] table [ 7 ] reference [ 68 ]... |
