Study On The Construction Of Smart Pension Model In Nanhu District Problem Of Jiaxing City

With the increasing trend of population aging and the miniaturization of family structure,the function of family pension in China is gradually weakened,which makes the social pension face unprecedented difficulties.Take the Nanhu District of Jiaxing City,where this study is located,as an example.By the end of 2018,there were 118426 elderly people aged 60 or over in the region,accounting for 25.9% of the registered population.Nanhu DistrictI is a moderately aging society with "aging+ empty nest".Based on the in-depth analysis of the development of the existing pension system at home and abroad,domestic smart pension,smart pension model,etc,focusing on the core issue of smart pension model construction,according to the current situation of Nanhu District.Through interviews,Nanhu District's elderly care practitioners(including the elderly care service section of Civil Affairs Bureau within the system,social development service center of township streets,civil affairs office and other public officials,and employees of various public and private elderly care institutions)have a deep understanding of the current situation of the district's elderly care system,the development of smart elderly care and existing problems.After the recommendation of interviewees during the interview,we visited and investigated the typical and representative streets and institutions in the area of elderly care service construction,such as Xinjia street,Qixing street,Xiangjiadang elderly care center,Everbright bailing Gang,and looked into some community home-based elderly care centers to investigate the current hardware facilities,service system and mechanism of elderly care service in the area.Recommended by the community neighborhood committee,we interviewed the local elderly with different pension needs.Through interviews and research,this paper summarizes the existing smart pension mode and the lack of smart pension construction in Nanhu District,and analyzes the causes,so as to propose the construction scheme of smart pension mode in Nanhu District.According to this study,the samrt pension model of Nanhu District shouldbased on the cooperation of families,community home-based care centers,social organizations and medical institutions,to provide diversified pension services based on different pension needs,so as to meet all-round needs from physical pension to psychological pension...
