| Since ancient time,China has a tradition virtue of respect old people,so family pension model has been the most important pension model in the past.However,with the aggravating trend of aging population,people can't satisfy the simple family pension model,the family pension function gradually weakened,And home care model,Institutional pension model replaced the singly family pension model.At the same time,with the rapid development of China's economy,people's living standards improve,the elderly have the advantage to choice various of pension model.In this realistic context,discussing elderly as one part of the social ecosystems by social ecosystem theory perspective is benefit for support the elderly better.Accordingly,this thesis collects Chinese pension situation data,and introduce the currently problem and feature of Chinese pension,it also introduce the Japanese pension and Britain pension,and benefited from the inspiration.And then,analysis the micro system(elderly and family),meso system(interpersonal relationship),and macro system(govemment,society and culture)based on social ecosystems theory.The author emphasizes that the old people "in the situation",as a part of the social ecological system,are living under the influence of each system in the social ecology.Finally,On the East District of Xingtai city in the South Tallinn community,South South emerging community,Yang Shi Dao community three of the elderly community the basic living conditions of the investigation,mainly for the daily life of the elderly,health status,income situation as well as the elderly children and community satisfaction of the four aspects of investigation,objective environmental conditions these problems represent the elderly life and subjective feelings;based on this research,and discusses the area east of the elderly in Xingtai city pension model and the existing problems.And discussing the problem of the city pension,giving some advise. |
