Research On Integrated Supply Of Online Government Services In N City Of Guangxi

With the continuous improvement of informatization and digitalization in China,the contradiction between the integration of government service demand and the fragmentation of supply is becoming more and more prominent.The original online government service supply mode needs to be changed accordingly.At the same time,many development goals,such as "Internet + government service","all in one network" and "digital government",have been written into the national policy planning.Online government service has been given a new era connotation and strategic positioning.Vigorously developing integrated services such as theme and package services has become a new goal orientation.Among them,the case represented by "one thing at a time" has become a vivid practice in many places,and the new mode of integrated supply of online government services has gradually risen and become the mainstream.In-depth study of this new model has certain theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the theoretical perspective of Holistic Governance and digital governance,through interviews and case analysis,it is found that the operation logic of the integrated supply of online government services in n city of Guangxi is reflected in the formation of "one thing" integrated service items with business integration and rights and responsibilities,and the integration of supply objectives is realized;The "integrated" service supply structure is formed by platform integration and technology empowerment,and the supply structure integration is realized;The service process of "one-time operation" is promoted by data sharing and process reengineering,and the supply process integration is realized.Through the investigation,it is also found that the integrated supply of online government services in n city of Guangxi is not accurate enough,the platform support function is not perfect,and the implementation cost is high.The reasons are that the service concept is not clear,the rights and responsibilities of departments are not straightened out,the platform integration and empowerment are not in place,and the data sharing system is not sound.Therefore,to promote the system optimization of the integrated supply of online government services,we need to start from the top-level design,take the idea framework of "idea goal path" and start from the three dimensions of supply goal integration,supply structure integration and supply process integration,effectively strengthen the transformation service concept,continuously optimize the business integration efficiency,strengthen the integration and technology access of the integrated platform system,and continuously improve the quality of data sharing,So as to make the integrated supply of online government services more efficient,more convenient and more intelligent.
