| The propaganda work of refugees carried out by the CPC in Shanghai has provided a model for the national Counter-Japanese War work and laid a mass foundation to unite and lead the Chinese nation to victory.Since propaganda work also has served as a political work for solidarity and unite masses under the Communist Party of China,which passed throughout the whole process and all aspects.On this regard,this paper discusses the organization construction,policy formulation,the development and evolution of the propaganda work for refugees of the CPC in Shanghai,then analyzes the application of various propaganda carriers,and makes an in-depth investigation from 1937 to 1940.It focuses on the analysis of the process of the CPC Refugee Movement Committee from the establishment of underground party organization to the development and effectiveness of work under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee in the past three years.Before the outbreak of the Counter-Japanese War,Shanghai was a national cultural center and financial center in a pivotal position.But it suddenly changed in the "813" Songhu post-war,the former commercial port has destructed,and the surging number of refugees spread all over Shanghai,which has become an prominent problem in the society.With the climax of Counter-Japanese War and national salvation movement,the Refugee Committee of the Communist Party of China came into being.It united all counter-Japanese patriotic forces and led the National Salvation Association of cultural circles to carry out vigorous propaganda work in the relief of refugees by using books,newspapers and literature art.Although the propaganda work of refugees in the three years was small in the course of the fourteen years of Counter-Japanese War,it played a huge role in the strength supplement of the CPC,whose propaganda and education has adapted to the needs of the overall situation and strengthened the revolutionary forces,it was also the concrete practice of the CPC to consolidate the Counter-Japanese national United front. |
