A Study On The Resocialization Of Community Drug Rehabilitation Personnel Under The Theory Of Social Support

Resocialization of community drug rehabilitation personnel is an important part of social governance in Guangzhou.The resocialization of community drug rehabilitation personnel includes values,interpersonal relationships,social norms and life skills.T area in guangzhou as the research scope of this research,the community drug rehabilitation personnel as the research object of T area,with the social support theory as the analytical framework,combining with the existing research literature thinking and practical research questions: the community drug rehabilitation personnel and social values,interpersonal relationship,social norms and life skills of the four dimensions of the specific situation is how? What are the effects of subjective support,objective support and utilization degree of social support on the resocialization of community drug rehabilitation personnel?In this study,quantitative and qualitative research methods were used to analyze the resocialization status of community drug rehabilitation personnel in T District of Guangzhou,and to explore the influence of social support on the resocialization of community drug rehabilitation personnel with the support of social support theory.Relevant issues were discussed and suggestions were put forward.On the one hand,180 community drug rehabilitation personnel from 11 streets in T District of Guangzhou were selected as research samples by convenient sampling,and xiao Shuiyuan Social Support Scale was used to investigate the three dimensions of subjective support,objective support and support utilization of community drug rehabilitation personnel in social support.The values,interpersonal relationships,social norms and life skills of community drug rehabilitation personnel were investigated by self-made questionnaire.On the other hand,in-depth interviews were conducted with 13 community drug rehabilitation personnel to further understand the influence of social support on their resocialization.The study found that the community drug rehabilitation personnel in T district of Guangzhou had a good resocialization,which was manifested as positive values,weak interpersonal relationships,and observance of social norms,but the employment situation was severe.Social support has significant influence on the resocialization of community drug rehabilitation personnel :（1）subjective support,objective support and the utilization degree of support have significant influence on the values of community drug rehabilitation personnel,and can predict their interpersonal sensitivity;（2）Subjective support and support utilization have significant influence on community drug rehabilitation personnel’s compliance with social norms;（3）The community drug rehabilitation personnel with high subjective support are more likely to be employed than those with low subjective support;（4）The influence of social support on the resocialization of community drug rehabilitation personnel is reflected in the aspects of emotion,material,information,companionship and respect.Based on the research findings,the following three related issues are discussed in this study: Community drug rehabilitation personnel resocialization four aspects problems,influencing each other between different social support to the community drug rehabilitation personnel specific action resocialization problem and different social support subjects in the community drug rehabilitation personnel resocialization linkage function problem,and then puts forward four measures to promote the community drug rehabilitation personnel re-socialization,It is expected to be of enlightening significance to the anti-drug social work.
