Study On Economic Function Of Management Committee In Industrial Structure Optimization Of Park ——Take Qidian Industrial Park As An Example

At present,as an important way to develop economy,promote industrial agglomeration and enhance factor economic output,industrial parks are attracting more and more attention from local governments.How to give full play to the government’s economic function,continuously improve the quality of industrial development in the park,optimize the industrial structure,and promote the efficient operation of the park has become the urgent task that the operators of the park must face.Continuous iterative upgrade of industrial structure in recent years,developed countries and regions related industry constantly exert radiation effect,part of the industry has been to move inland provinces,Qidian industrial park has many industry characteristics with inland industrial parks,industrial agglomeration effect,at the same time limited land space,industrial development,quality is not high,We need to consider how the government’s economic functions to promote the optimization of industrial structure in the park,better respond to the development needs.By studying Qidian industrial park current economic functions play a current situation,problems,use of public goods,government economic functions and other related theories,research the park from planning guidance,public utility construction,operation,improve aspects to carry on the analysis,find out in such aspects as planning,policy,supporting the deficiencies,discovery park the ac positioning function optimization of ascension is not clear,the incentive role of assessment system is not obvious,the guiding role of industrial planning is weakened,and the supply of public goods is insufficient and so on.Based on the successful experience relevant parks at home and abroad,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for Qidian industrial park to optimize operation mechanism,enhance planning guidance,strengthen industrial policy implementation and improve the supply of public goods.To provide reference for similar industrial parks in inland to better play the role of government economic functions.
