The demand for elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases is of significant particularity, and providing accurate elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases is one of the difficult problems of community elderly care services.Shanghai is the first aging city in my country. With the deepening of the aging of the population, the number of elderly people continues to increase, and the number of elderly people with chronic diseases is also continuing to expand. It provides high-quality elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases. The physical and psychological suffering caused by chronic diseases to the elderly is one of the important contents of my country’s strategy to actively respond to the aging of the population in the new era. Therefore,it is an important strategic task to deeply study the demand characteristics and demand structure of elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases, provide accurate elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases, improve the quality of life of the elderly with chronic diseases, and enhance their happiness. The thesis focuses on the needs of elderly people with chronic diseases in elderly care services in the community, using welfare pluralism theory and new public service theory, using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,to conduct in-depth research from four dimensions.First,it analyzes the complexity of the demand content and demand structure of the elderly with chronic diseases, and analyzes the demand content, demand structure, demand intensity and demand level of the elderly with chronic diseases of different ages, types and numbers of illnesses.different.Secondly,it explains the degree of satisfaction of community elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases, and analyzes the supply and demand status of community elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases through CLHLS data.Third, using binary logistic regression analysis,it reveals the factors that restrict the satisfaction of community elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases from three aspects: personal characteristics, family support, and social/government support. On this basis, from the three dimensions of the priority-satisfying strategy, the orderly participation of multiple subjects and the professionalization of service teams,a path to improve the satisfaction of elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases is proposed. Finally, from the aspects of changing welfare service goals, focusing on long-term strategic planning and sharing welfare service responsibilities,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to realize the effective supply of community elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases.Studies have found that the elderly with chronic diseases have the characteristics of hidden disease course, atypical manifestations, rapid progress of the disease, multiple diseases coexisting, and multiple complications. Therefore, the needs of the elderly with chronic diseases are complex;the needs of elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases are mostly concentrated on medical care And life care;the health status, education level, number of children and economic income of the elderly with chronic diseases are significant factors restricting the demand for community care services for the elderly with chronic diseases;the supply of elderly care services for the elderly with chronic diseases should be transformed from a single government body to a diversified supply body. The government should change from being at the helm to being a service provider, and it is necessary to increase the supply capacity of professional teams.
