Study On The Nursing Needs And Influencing Factors Of The Elderly With Chronic Diseases In Shanghai

Meeting the care needs of the elderly with chronic diseases is an important measure to actively respond to the aging of the population,and it is also one of the goals of advancing the development of a healthy China strategy.Shanghai is one of the most severely aging cities in my country.The elderly population has a large base.At the same time,due to the decline of physical functions of the elderly due to their own age,they are very susceptible to various chronic diseases.For the elderly suffering from chronic diseases,Their nursing needs are greater than the general nursing needs of the elderly.However,the current survey data shows that there is a shortage of nursing service supply in Shanghai,which has led to the problem of unbalanced nursing supply and demand.Accurate research on the nursing needs of the elderly can help improve the situation with limited resources.The efficiency of nursing resource utilization and allocation.Therefore,the thesis conducts research on the nursing needs of the elderly with chronic diseases,and further studies the factors that affect the choice of nursing needs for the elderly with chronic diseases,which is an important content of the research of the thesis.The thesis takes the nursing needs of the elderly with chronic diseases as the research object,takes Shanghai as a typical case,and carries out research based on welfare pluralism theory,demand hierarchy theory and new public management theory,and uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Use questionnaire survey method,field interview method and mathematical statistical analysis method respectively in the stage of collecting data and analyzing data.The writing of the thesis is mainly developed from the following aspects: First,the thesis provides an in-depth explanation of the related concepts of the elderly with chronic diseases and the needs of nursing,and provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent research of the thesis;Analyze the characteristics to understand the demand structure of the elderly with chronic diseases;then,take Shanghai as an example to conduct research on the nursing needs and fulfillment status of the elderly with chronic diseases to understand the current status of satisfaction of nursing services in Shanghai;again,use the structure of multiple indicators and multiple factors（MIMIC）The equation model conducts empirical research on the nursing needs and influencing factors of the elderly with chronic diseases,and raises relevant questions through the research results;finally,from the government level,the social level,the institutional level,the personnel level and the elderly themselves Suggestions.The conclusion of the thesis: First,the nursing needs of the elderly with chronic diseases are affected by factors such as individual characteristics,family characteristics,economic conditions,health conditions and behavior characteristics;secondly,research on the nursing needs of the elderly with chronic diseases can accurately grasp their needs,It helps to improve the utility of the supply of nursing resources;finally,to meet the nursing needs of the elderly,it is necessary to establish and improve laws and regulations,optimize the content of nursing services,innovate nursing service models,and improve nursing service talents.
