Research On The Model Of Community Hospice Care Service In Shanghai

The development of hospice care is a symbol of China’s social civilization and progress,and a significant symbol of safeguarding human rights and reflecting humanitarianism in China.In the new era,China has established the strategic goal of a healthy China,and the innovation of palliative care service mode is an important foundation for the construction of a healthy China.However,China’s traditional medical services can not meet the needs of modern hospice care humanistic care,psychological counseling and pain relief.As a new medical service project,hospice care can not only save medical expenses,reduce family economic burden,but also let the dying patients spend the last journey of life with dignity.Therefore,it is of great application value for improving the quality of life of patients at the end of life to deeply study the effective service mode of community palliative care and explore the practice path of community palliative care service construction.This paper takes community palliative care service model as the research object,focuses on the development of community palliative care service in Shanghai,applies Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory and New Public Service Theory,combines qualitative and quantitative methods,and adopts multidisciplinary analysis method to carry out in-depth research from four dimensions.Firstly,the characteristics of community palliative care services and two types,home and community,were analyzed to reveal the difference between community palliative care services and institutional palliative care services in terms of service objects,care methods and supply subjects.Secondly,the implementation status of community palliative care services in Shanghai was deeply analyzed to reveal the problems existing in the operation process of family and community-based palliative care services.Taking Linfen Street community palliative care services in Jing’an District of Shanghai as a typical case,the operation status of community palliative care services was analyzed in detail.Again,by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,through the selection of operating variables and assignment,analysis of Shanghai residents to the community hospice care service type selection will and choice behavior,and reveals the family per capita income,understanding hospice care services,hospice care future development,and three aspects affecting residents choose the main factors of hospice care service type;Finally,the paper proposed the practice path of building an integrated and integrated community home hospice care service model,breaking the current independent boundaries of community and family,improving the quality of hospice care service,changing ideas and improving social acceptance,and promoting the development of social hospice care service.It is found that palliative care is an important means to safeguard human rights and realize human dignity.Community palliative care services have the advantages of low price and near distance,however,residents’ cognition level of palliative care is insufficient and social acceptance is low.The government should strengthen the publicity,education and guidance of palliative care.The cultivation of professional talents determines the quality of hospice care services.Policies and measures such as gradually raising the salary level and improving the social reputation of occupational posts should be taken to encourage more young people to participate in community hospice care services.We should further improve the system and mechanism of community hospice care services,encourage social forces to take the initiative to participate in community hospice care services,and gradually promote the inclusion of hospice care services in long-term care insurance.
