Research On The Optimization Of Embedded Home Based Elderly Care Paths In Chinese Communities

With the increasing population aging and fewer children in China,the demand for elderly care services continues to expand.In addition,the changes in family ecology have led to the imbalance of family population structure,changes in family space,changes in traditional support culture and other problems,leading to the weakening of family elderly care functions.The demand of elderly groups for community home-based elderly care services has increased significantly,which puts forward higher requirements for the carrying capacity and service quality of community home-based elderly care services.Community embedded home-based elderly care integrates and complements the advantages of both institutional and community home-based elderly care modes,and embeds supporting elderly care services in the community to meet the needs of elderly care at "home".However,our country’s community embedded home-based elderly care started late,and many aspects need to be improved.In the face of the current severe situation of old-age care,it is increasingly important to actively explore the optimization path of our country’s community embedded home-based elderly care services.Based on the ecosystem theory,this paper constructs an ecosystem centered on community embedded home-based elderly care,which reflects the impact of macro factors such as population,economy and culture with the changes of family ecology,and further analyzes the impact of factors such as population structure imbalance,spatial layout change,and the dilution of mutual aid culture on the evolution of elderly care mode under the changes of family ecology and how to promote the birth of community embedded home-based elderly care.Then the article combined with a large number of case studies and based on the survey of G community in K city,studied the current situation and practical difficulties of community embedded home-based pension.In order to explore the solutions to the practical difficulties of community embedded home-based pension,the article collected and analyzed a large number of cases of community home-based pension in the country,and explored and analyzed the network relationship between various subjects and elements of 51 practice cases in the country using TF-IDF statistical method.It also selects typical cases that are more effective in nursing care for the elderly,home care services for the elderly and mutual support for the elderly for in-depth analysis and experience summary.Finally,the article found that the current old-age care and elderly care services in China cannot be separated from intergenerational interaction,and the continuation of this intergenerational interaction depends on the remodeling of family ecology.Therefore,from the perspective of family ecological remodeling,the article proposed to optimize the elderly care and childcare services to create environmental support for improving fertility,thus optimizing the population structure,and improving the coverage of embedded home-based elderly care services will effectively enhance the home-based elderly care function,And reshape the culture of mutual support for the aged to provide an optimized path for the development of mutual support for the aged to strengthen the family ecology and promote the sustainable and healthy development of community embedded home-based elderly care.The innovation of this paper is as follows: First,the research perspective is relatively new.The article studies the optimization path of community embedded home-based pension from the perspective of family ecological remodeling.At present,a large number of literatures study the community embedded home-based elderly care from the perspective of the coordination of various subjects,the perspective of the elderly,the needs and the elderly care service itself.There are few studies on the community embedded home-based elderly care from this perspective.The construction of the elderly care service system with Chinese characteristics cannot be separated from the remodeling of the family ecology.In the study,the article takes into account the impact of the changes of the family ecology on the elderly care service,and explores the benign interaction mechanism between the development of the community embedded home-based elderly care and the family ecology.Second,there are certain innovations in research methods.At present,many studies on the embedded home-based elderly care in communities rely on individual case studies.It is difficult to do empirical research at the macro level due to the characteristics of the case and the length of the article.This paper presents a large number of cases with TF-IDF statistical method to show the interaction between various subjects and elements as a network relationship,making the case analysis more comprehensive and convincing,so as to achieve a macro-level empirical study.Third,there are new ideas and strong practical pertinence in the proposed policy ideas,such as cultural reconstruction to provide the source of power for the development of mutual support for the elderly,strengthening the consciousness of responsibility of active and active mutual support for the elderly in the ideological field,and increasing the construction of mutual support platform and environmental support to release the potential of mutual support for the elderly,actively exploring the mutual support model and improving supporting policies and strengthening supporting reforms.
