Research On The Optimization Of Community Embedded Elderly Care Model Under The Background Of Aging

Since the end of the 20th century,the proportion of the elderly population in China’s total population has increased year by year.China’s traditional elderly care model has been difficult to meet the needs of modern elderly care.It is particularly important to explore new elderly care methods that are suitable for China’s national conditions.The community embedded elderly care model is an innovation based on the existing elderly care model,which integrates the convenience of family and community elderly care with the professionalism of institutional elderly care and other advantages.Under the leadership of the government,various elderly care resources in the society are embedded into the community by embedding market-oriented operation in the community,and are integrated and optimized to meet the increasingly diversified elderly care needs of the current people.As one of the fourth batch of areas where the central finance supports the reform of home-based and community elderly care services,City A is also facing a severe population aging situation,so it is imperative to develop the community embedded elderly care model.Based on the social embeddedness theory,this paper,taking City A as an example,analyzes the practice of the community embedded elderly care model in this region by using field surveys,interviews,etc.,and summarizes the main content and experience of the model.At the same time,starting from the premise that the community embedded elderly care needs to be "embedded" locally,this paper takes policy embeddedness,resource embeddedness,structure embeddedness,and relationship embeddedness as the classification criteria,Deeply explore the advantages displayed in the local practice.Based on the welfare diversification theory,from the perspective of the government,community,institutions and other multiple subjects,explore the development difficulties and possible causes of the embedded elderly care model in local communities,and propose optimization paths accordingly.Through the analysis of the practice of community embedded elderly care service in City A,it can be found that this elderly care model has certain effects,which can not only meet the needs of the elderly in their daily life,but also provide spiritual comfort,meet the needs of the elderly at a higher level,and achieve the social security goal of "providing for the elderly,providing medical care for the elderly,doing something for the elderly,and enjoying the elderly".At the same time,the government There are also some problems at the three levels of communities and institutions.By analyzing the specific reasons,we also propose optimization path methods from these three subjects.The optimization methods at the government level include continuous improvement of policies and systems,strengthening implementation,multiple subjects providing financial security,adjusting the contradiction between supply and demand,and giving play to the function of smart elderly care;The optimization methods at the community level include guiding the society to change the concept of providing for the elderly,integrating and utilizing various community service resources;The optimization methods at the institutional level include increasing community embedded elderly care service projects,standardizing charging standards,improving personnel treatment,and attracting professionals.This paper summarizes the practical exploration and path optimization methods of the community embedded elderly care in this area,hoping to provide reference for the development and optimization of the community embedded elderly care model in City A and future scholars’ research on the differences and popularity of the development of community embedded elderly care in different regions.
