The Influence Of Absorptive Capacity,Regional Science And Education Level And Past Experience On Industry-university Collaborations Based On An Empirical Analysis Of Co-patent Data

Since the 1980s,the study of innovation has been the subject of an important topic.For countries,innovation is the power of a country to move forward.For enterprises,innovation is also an important means to reach competitive advantage.With the increasingly fierce market competition,many enterprises find that it is so difficult to get fast innovation and catch up with the pace of the times only rely on themselves.Open innovation and cooperating with other organizations has become a trend.In this paper,industry-university collaborations will be studied as one kind of cooperative innovation.Cooperation between enterprises and universities is one of the many forms of cooperation.It has certain things in common with the enterprise cooperative innovation,but there is also a big difference.Colleges and universities have an important status in the national basic scientific research.Co-operative research and development,not only can effectively reduce the enterprise research and development costs,improve enterprise technology innovation ability,but it also can provide effective support for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in China,to improve national innovation ability.Therefore,university-enterprise cooperation innovation is an important research subject.At present,the study of cooperation mainly focused on cooperation mode selection,the transfer of knowledge,the cooperation of both sides of the game,and so on.More focus has been put on the study of cooperative innovation performance from one party,or the influence of university-enterprise cooperation on the overall regional innovation performance.There is little research on cooperative joint output.This article will put university-enterprise cooperation common output,joint patent as the output of cooperative innovation performance,and the effect factors of the innovation performance were studied.The absorption capability is an important learning ability,but there is less study of absorbing capability in university-enterprise cooperation innovation.This article will begin with the study of the absorptive capacity of enterprise.Absorptive capacity can be divided into R&D intensity and the patent stock of two dimensions,and studies of the relationship between two dimensions and performance of the cooperative innovation is followed.The study found that the two dimensions of absorptive capacity are both positively related to the cooperative innovation performance.In addition,from the perspective of external environment and cooperative relations,this research studied the moderating effects of regional innovation environment and past experience on the relationship of absorptive capacity and the cooperative innovation performance.
