| The rapid developments of economic globalization and knowledge economy, therapid popularization of information network both put forward a huge challenge to thenational science and technology strength. Now the competition of science andtechnology has became the main form of modern national competition, and theknowledge innovation ability has played a decisive role in it. The level of knowledgeinnovation becomes the important index to measure a nation’s comprehensive strength.Colleges and universities are the main form of the national education system andtechnology system, bearing the main task of knowledge dissemination and innovation,the university teachers become the core strength of knowledge innovation inevitably.The construction of an innovative country system requires that we must take measuresto improve the level of university teachers’ knowledge innovation, build a talent teamwith high scientific research level, to speed up the pace of scientific and technologicalprogress. Therefore, the analysis and discussion of university teachers’ knowledgeinnovation ability has great theoretical and practical significance.The present thesis with a view to university teachers’ knowledge absorptivecapacity influence on knowledge innovation, on the basis of analyzing the knowledgeinnovation’s research background and significance of teachers in university,combining the background of the era of knowledge economy, analyzing the presentconditions of teachers’ knowledge innovation in university, seeking the way toimprove university teachers’ knowledge absorptive capacity, then ultimately puttingforward to the concrete measures of enhancing their knowledge innovation capability.In this paper, I first elaborate the research background, research significance, andrelated concepts of university teachers’ knowledge innovation, and make the certainliterature review based on the core concepts, forming the theoretical basis of myarticle. Then, through the empirical analysis on the relationship between the knowledge absorptive capacity and knowledge innovation, the present situation of theuniversity teachers’ knowledge innovation, I have carried on a questionnaire survey.Combined with the survey results, I demonstrate the knowledge absorptive capacity’sinfluence on knowledge innovation, find the problems that exist in the teacher inuniversity knowledge innovation, and finally put forward some policyrecommendations of promoting university teachers’ knowledge innovation abilityfrom the aspects of the strategic design, absorptive capacity and supporting system,environment construction and so on.Quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis are used in this paper, combiningthe analysis techniques of theoretical analysis and empirical research, taking theapproach of literature research, questionnaire survey, and statistical analysis methods,making it more systematical, effective and operable in the real use. |
