The National Medium and Long-term Program for Education Reform and Development, in which the preschool education was written separately, was promulgated in 2010.It emphasized the key importance of developing rural preschool education so as to gain the unprecedented attention. Rural preschool education development in our country should be managed by county, which was the direct affiliated institutions of the preschool education, so education of preschool education management's good experience is both beneficial to the reasonable utilization of resources, and conducive to overall planning of villages and towns, and rural preschool education can also help to solve the development of urban and rural preschool education unfair phenomenon.Jarud, in the eastern Inner Mongolia, belongs to the remote areas of Inner Mongolia, and preschool education was started late there. Before 2010 local children accepted only preschool education, under the development of preschool education management of the Jarud education bureau in 2010-2015, the local preschool education level had rapid ascension in five years. It is of certain reference valuable that Jarud bureau of education supplies reference value to the development of preschool education management experience for other remote areas to the preschool education development.This paper adopts literature method, questionnaire method, interview method, and observation method, to explore Jarud nearly five years' experience in preschool education level quickly Jarud education nearly five years of preschool education in the department of education management research. The main lines of this study are as follows:The first part is the author's investigation for Jarud situation of preschool education during 2010 to 2015. In the comparison with 2010's Jarud situation of preschool education, we can find that there are major achievements and great changes in Jarud preschool education. In order to summarize the experience of rapidly promoting preschool education development level in Jarud bureau of education in nearly five years, the second part the author studies the interviews to Jarud commissioner of the education investment in preschool education, the construction of teachers team, and the development process of medium, which mainly includes:the management's developing beliefs and ideas in making the scientific planning, it also refers to the specific implementation stage which includes investment and construction of teachers' team, bureau of education in the process of development of the kindergarten primary school, and a few new solutions to the problems of the resource utilization. In the third part, the author offers some management suggestions for the development of preschool education in the near future according to the investigation of Jarud bureau of education. The three suggestions are as follows, Firstly, the education bureau should introduce more professional talents to make supervision more effective; Secondly, the management of private kindergartens should be strengthened to make it more formal.
