The wide application of the internet technology had a tremendous impact on the economy and other aspects,which also changed the lifestyle and production methods of human society deeply.The internet technology also caused a profound change in the field of education,education information construction has become an important part of the information technology around the world.With the support of the country for the social capital in running schools,social independent colleges have become an important part of higher education,at the same time,the wide application of internet technology promote the social independent colleges actively advance the construction of campus information.Hence,carrying out the research of management of campus information construction has important meaning to maintain national security and social stability.The campus information construction brings a lot of convenience to college,which also caused great changes in teaching means and security management.With the help of campus network,the information resources can be shared,teaching means become more rich,and the education way become more convenient and effective.While,the improvement of campus information construction bring great challenges to security management of social independent colleges.Accidents emerge in endlessly because of the deficiency of information security management,the security management of campus infromation has become the important content of security work in social independent colleges,and its status imprive gradually in the system of campus security management.Quanzhou M University is one of the earlier social independent college in Fujian Province.Wiht more than ten years of campus information construction,combining the characteristics of the M University,it gradually improve the cognition of information security management to the teachers and students with various means and ways,and develop a series of information security management system which is in line with its own characteristics.However,in the process of practices,there are still some insufficients in some level of information security management of M University,for example,to cognize campus network security with the realistic regional view on the thinking cognition level,to integrate security management with security technology,so as to cause the phenomenon of despising management and measures can’t practice effectivelly.The important subject for Quanzhou M University is to improve the level of campus information security management,to achieve this goal,M University should construct information security management system from the macro level according to its own characteristics,at the same time,taking further measures to improve management rules and regulations,strengthen the protection of information security technology sequentially,strengthen information security awareness education continuously,sound a series of emergency response mechanism that conforms to the characteristics of M University,improve the quality of management presonnel,and so on.So as to perfect information security management of Quanzhou M University,and to provide some reference for other colleges and universities.
