| The true competition of world economy today is the competition of talents.China economy has involved more and more deeply into the world economy since the Open Door Policy.And it is found that the traditional college education could not satisfy the needs of the growing economy.So Executive Development Centers of Chinese universities are taking more and more responsibilities to train excellent management talents.It is no doubt that whether Executive Training Programs could provide its training products to the customers who exactly need them is significantly related to their marketing ability.No wonder that it is a big challenge for any executive training program providers that how to deliver the information to their customers by conducting the proper market positioning and the right marketing methods.But in realities,the most cases we encounter is that the marketing results of training providers is not optimistic,on the other side,there are many individuals and companies complain that they couldn’t find the right training suppliers to conduct the training program to them.So,in this case,it becomes tremendous important that the executive training providers should have the right market positioning and use the right way to conduct targeted marketing and promotion.This article address the research in the realm of program marketing in the Chinese Executive Development Program sector.Original field research examines the emergence of marketing principles and strategies with specific reference to the current situation in China.The thesis is based on the writer’s working experience in Executive Education field,through marketing strategies of EDP Center of T University,and based on qualitative analysis interviewing the customers and data analysis of 211 respondents conducted by the customers,and with the marketing theory and tools,to illustrate the effective marketing strategies and how to improve their performance for EDP Center of T University.And also in the wish of helping to reveal and understand a number of broader issues and dilemmas relating to the marketization and commercialization of executive education in China and give an inspiration to the ones who are working in this field. |
