Early childhood education is the foundation of education.Early childhood education has an irreplaceable important position in people's lives.With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of living standards,contemporary parents have put forward higher requirements for material and cultural life.The growth and education of infants and young children are becoming more and more scientific.Early childhood education,and seek service organizations that provide early education training guidance and assistance for parents of infants and young children.The early education market in Sanya started late,and the first early education center opened in 2009.Following the construction of Hainan International Tourism Island till now,more than ten early education brands have entered the Sanya market.Lizhigou Red,Yellow and Blue Early Education Center was established in September 2017 in Jiyang District,Sanya City.It is committed to providing high-quality early education guidance and services for infants and families aged 0-6 in the administrative area of Sanya City.In terms of facility and curriculum,the advanced resources and teaching programs of the red,yellow and blue education brands are used.The environment,facilities and courses are in an advantageous position in the early education center in Sanya.This article takes the marketing strategy of Lizhigou Red,Yellow and Blue Early Learning Center as the research object,collects and draws on domestic and foreign research on marketing strategies of early education institutions,integrate survey research with the help of literature research methods,survey methods,to conduct research and research,and systematically summarizes Lizhigou Red,Yellow and Blue Marketing status,identify marketing issues,analyze industry conditions,competitive environment,customer buying habits,industry channels,and use STP analysis tools to clarify the market segmentation,target market,and market positioning of Lizhigou Red Yellow Blue,from products,price,place,and promotion,make the right marketing strategies,and come up with measures to ensure the execution of marketing strategies,with a view to improving the marketing research framework of the early education industry and enriching the research content of the early education industry.
