Under the background of the rise of market economy,China's enterprises have developed by leaps and bounds in both quantity and scale.The number of new enterprises in the market increases with each passing day,the living space of enterprises is gradually compressed,and the pressure is also increasing day by day.In order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market and strive for more market space,human resources gradually come into people's sight and become the focus of attention in the development of enterprises.Of this,the staff's incentive mechanism became a popular,human resource management system with scientific,reasonable incentive mechanism can make staff needs are met,in daily work more their work attitude,arouse the enthusiasm of their work,and make more contribution for the company,the company team will also have greater cohesion,the enterprise will also get rapid development.Therefore,it is necessary to study the incentive mechanism adopted by Chinese enterprises.This paper mainly discusses the employee incentive mechanism adopted by Changji Yousheng Education Consulting Co.,Ltd in China.Firstly,it lists the domestic and foreign researches related to employee incentive mechanism,and then sorts out,analyzes and summarizes the academic achievements at home and abroad in this regard and the deficiencies.In addition,two theories,content-based motivation theory and behavior-based motivation theory,have been sorted out and discussed around Herzberg's two-factor theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and attribution theory,which serve as the theoretical basis of this study.Secondly,this paper mainly focuses on the employee incentive mechanism of Changji Yousheng Education Consulting Co.,Ltd in the domestic market in China,and adopts the literature review method,questionnaire method and case analysis method to study and employee incentive mechanism of Changji Yousheng Education Consulting Co.,Ltd.The main purpose is,firstly,to explore the current situation of the incentive mechanism of Chinese enterprises in today's increasingly increasing competitive trend,and to dig out problems from the current situation,which are reflected by the existing problems of the loopholes and deficiencies in the incentive mechanism of employees.Second,in the face of the existing problems and loopholes of the company,it is urgent to establish a relatively complete basic model and process of incentive mechanism,so as to provide a model for enriching the theory of incentive mechanism of Chinese companies and the survival of Chinese companies in market economic activities.The questionnaire survey method was used to conduct a survey on 500 employees in Changji Yousheng Education Consulting Co.,Ltd,and questionnaires were set from the aspects of performance appraisal form,salary and welfare setting,incentive measures and long-term development of employees,etc.By issuing questionnaires,the deficiencies and problems in the above aspects were understood.Existing problems and the insufficiency is the starting point for further research,in view of the situation of Changji Yousheng Education Consulting Co.,Ltd incentive mechanism,put forward from investigation employee needs,set up the principle of optimal incentive mechanism,rich incentive programs,and pay attention to adopt diversified incentives optimization measures,for example,play to the role of the team,increase the long-term incentive mode,while rewarding employees increase punishment,build a perfect training system,and for each department employees work out job rotation system.In order to ensure the orderly development of incentive mechanism,the improved safeguard measures are put forward.The innovation of this paper lies in that it studies the problem of employee incentive mechanism and optimization measures of Changji Yousheng Education Consulting Co.,Ltd from theory to practice,which can provide theoretical basis for the optimization of incentive mechanism for theoretical academia in China.At the same time,it also provides useful measures and methods for most enterprises in China.
