This paper studies on the development strategy of Shenzhen YZ education group company,which combines domestic and overseas vocational education with educational group development theory,exploring how the civilian-run vocational education group introduces strategic investors in order to solve financing dilemma during development as well as improving management level.Simultaneously,this paper studies about how employee stock ownership plan helps company retains talents and develops more rapidly.And it not only discusses how the civilian-run company survives and develops,but how it boosts the employment rates,as well as how it helps the student to start businesses and promotes the educational background of the student so that eventually keeps them balance.It aims at solving problems such as vocational education doesn't meet market demand and has difficulty in cultivating high-end talents.It devotes to finding a new developing way differs from traditional vocational education.This paper studies on the strategy of Shenzhen YZ education group company by exploring the new mode of vocational education development and the survival and development of private vocational education group in the new era,it is found that the strategic choices of Shenzhen YZ education group company are worth learning.The first thing to learn is the overall strategic business choices,which includes running schools jointly,authorized franchises,education investment,school custody,and induction of labor,integration of production and education,and other forms of flexible business strategies.All these strategies are more suitable for the development of private vocational education group companies in the new era.The second thing is its choice of competitive strategy.It chooses to combine the differentiated competitive strategy and low-cost competitive strategy.It adheres to the brand,keeps its professionalism and refinement.In this kind of development way,which is combining with schooling,employment,personnel training,and enterprise services,it not only avoids the short boards of the development of private education group companies but highlights the long boards.The third is its development model.By exploring the educational chain linkage model and employment,entrepreneurship,learning organic fusion mode,it truly laid a solid foundation for the introduction of labor,integration of production and education,and the improvement of skills and academic qualifications.It also provides theoretical support and paves the feasibility and exploration practice for forming a complete industrial chain of the vocational education.At the same time,in order to effectively implement the strategy and achieve the expected results,this paper proposes the human resources promotion strategy and the introduction strategy based on the actual situation,vision and corporate culture characteristics of Shenzhen YZ Education Group Co.,Ltd.The five strategic implementation safeguards of investors,employee stock ownership plans,"Internet +" model and corporate culture construction provide theoretical support for private vocational education groups in how to become bigger,stronger and better in the new situation.The conclusion of is:using the strategic choices and implementation of effective strategic safeguards in line with the actual and vision,especially the introduction of strategic investors and the implementation of employee stock ownership plans,can effectively solve the financing difficulties and talents shortness in the development of private vocational education groups.Also,by stimulating the potential of civilian-run vocational education group,the development bottleneck of traditional vocational education will be overcame,new development path of vocational education will be found.This has an important practical significance for vocational education development.
