Shan Dong province is traditionally prestigious for the woman’s fencing,in the2 nd Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China,Shan Dong woman’s fencing team has achieved prominent results.Young woman’s epee as the feature game of Shan Dong province,it has a lack of research on its training characteristics,especially it does not have sufficient researches on athletes’ preparation for the contest from the overall perspective.Therefore,this article will have theoretical analysis and summary regarding the preparation training of Shan Dong young woman’s epee from the aspects: target task,phase division,training content,structure character of training load,training result,training deficiency and so on in order to discover the training features of contest preparation for Shan Dong young woman’s epee and to provide theoretical references for boosting the training of grooming other teams in future.This article adopts the methods of literature reviews,interview,follow-up research,mathematical statistics and so on,to analyze the training arrangement of Shan Dong young woman’s epee reserve team for the 2nd Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China.The research results come out:1.The training of Shan Dong young woman’s epee reserve team for the 2nd Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China turns to be prominent,the stamina and their own expertise of each athlete have been enhanced in an obvious way,their original deficiency in skills have been improved.In the 2nd Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China,each athlete has unfolded a high level of competitiveness,they have gained 1 individual champion,1 group 4th place and they have achieved the goal for contest smoothly.2.Shan Dong young woman’s epee reserve team for the 2nd Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China,it is phased over a period of time in the process of preparation for the contest,it exhibits fluctuation in each phase of training load.The training load is maximum in the phase of winter,and which is followed by the intensified training in summer.The training is intensified in a palpable way in the phase of preliminary game and final game of the 2nd Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China,and the the training of remaining phases stays balanced.3.Shan Dong young woman’s epee reserve team for the 2nd Youth Games of the People’s Republic of China,they put emphasis on different aspects in light of the phase of the training and it adheres to the principals of enhancing the intensity by degree.The phase training in winter put the first priority on the overall development of stamina and basic skills,in the phase of adjustment and summer training,the priority has been gradually transferred and put on the specific stamina and practical skills.Some individual training stays through the the entire process of training preparation,which effectively supplements the deficiency of athletes and further prompts the forming of technique and tactics,which plays an active role in the development of athletes’ contest skills.4.The monitoring on the indicators of physicals and biochemistry is simple and effective,which goes through the the entire process of training preparation,the coaches could effectively acquire the information regarding athletes’ adaptability to training load by using the indicator monitoring of heart rate and blood,and respond in a timely manner.Meanwhile,by adopting the medical recovery and medical measures,the injury and disease could be prevented in an effective way which guaranteed the smooth going on of training.
