| This paper utilizes the law of documents and materials, the case law, interviewsurvey method, mathematical statistics and other research methods, the analysis aboutthe before the training period, weekly training plan, training load control,changes ofrelated physiological and biochemical indexes for Jiang Lan during the12th nationalgames preparation.To sum up the successful experience of China’s elite women sprintersto participate in the contest before the training arrangements, explore and grasp thebasic laws of pre-competition training women sprinters and specific operation,providing theoretical and practical basis for the dash training, efforts to improve ourwomen sprinters scientific training level and service.The results showed that:1.According to the requirement of the preparation for the12th national games, there arethree training phases consistent of before competition, which are intensive trainingphase, consolidation training phase and Pre-competition training phase. The intensivetraining phase main attention to the development of special qualities and special skills.The consolidation training phase main attention to the consolidation of the specialqualities and perfection the special technologies. Pre-competition training phase mainlypay attention to the improvement of the whole running rhythm and adjust physiological,psychological level.2.Jiang Lan preparing for the national Games before training mainly related to thephysical training, technical training, tactical training and mental training, withparticular emphasis on strength training, speed, speed endurance and special techniques.Various stages week training program content showing similarities and differences.
