matches and exchange the experience of watching the matches.At present,the new media platform is the best channel for them to pay attention to the Premier League.Since 2016,the competition and excavation of sports broadcasting rights by new media platform has entered a white hot stage.As the top-level event copyright,the ownership of the game broadcasting rights of the Premier League has naturally attracted people’s attention.At the same time,the ownership of the event broadcasting rights also determines which platform and way fans choose to watch the game broadcasting of the Premier Premier League in China’s new media platform,including the distribution status of its broadcasting rights in the new media platform,the marketing and distribution strategy of the event,the way of the event broadcasting,and the characteristics of the event communication And resource utilization,so as to display a clear and complete picture of the communication of the Premier League new media platform for the league,media and fans.Based on the two markets of the Premier League football match(upstream market: Sports Organization for the media and broadcaster,downstream market: sports products for the individual),it can provide reference for the better communication of the Premier League in China,and further explore Premier League is the potential value of the copyright of the top level events.At the same time,based on the previous studies on the history of the development of the Premier League,the history of the development of the Premier League broadcasting rights and the
