In order to better achieve the goal of "300 million people participating in the winter movement",this paper takes the first winter experience center in Xicheng district as an example to study the satisfaction of Beijing residents to the White Paper Square Winter Experience Center(hereinafter referred to as the " winter experience center")under the background of winter movement.Explore the optimal model to promote the development of winter experience center,provide strategies for its sustainable development,at the same time,provide theoretical basis for relevant policies formulated by the sports management department,and provide reference for the establishment and orderly development of winter experience center in other communities in Beijing.This paper takes the satisfaction degree of Beijing residents to the winter experience center as the research object.Based on literature research and expert suggestions,the questionnaire was designed,and the feasibility of the investigation factor was tested by KMO and Bartlett,and the influence factor was finally selected.At the same time,the residents who were experiencing the ice and snow were surveyed through questionnaires,and the appropriate strategies for the development of the winter experience center were formulated based on the data analysis results of Excel and SPSS.The age distribution of the participants is wide,but it is mainly concentrated in29-40 years old,accounting for 33.50%.The residents of the first experience account for 76.7%.The preferences of VR ice and snow experience area,smart skiing experience area,ice ball experience area,winter olympics culture exhibition area and children’s rock climbing area decreased successively.Residents aged 18-28 were the most satisfied with their overall satisfaction,environment,projects and services.Residents aged 41-55 had the lowest satisfaction in overall satisfaction,environment and service experience.Women were more satisfied with the project experience than men,and residents aged 55 to 65 were the least satisfied with the project experience.Winter experience center is a successful case of shantytown renovation.Most residents are satisfied with the development status of winter experience center.This study suggests that the winter experience center should properly adjust the experience project according to the characteristics of residents such as gender and age,improve the surrounding traffic conditions,and increase the reservation channels,so as to form a more convenient and efficient reservation method,improve the service quality and social awareness,and thus improve the residents’ satisfaction.At the same time,the winter experience center will be promoted to be intelligent and informationalized,enrich the experience activities and realize sustainable development. |
