College Students' Learning Immersion Experience And Influencing Factors

As an important field of positive psychology, the flow experience has gradually been researched by psychology and pedagogy. With the promotion of the national higher vocational education, the number of higher vocational students is growing rapidly, but the learning flow experience of them has not been researched properly.In this study, we selected higher vocational students of Jiangsu and Guangdong provinces,605effective questionnaires have been got. Compared with colleage students(320effective questionnaires have been got), this thesis discusses the characteristics of higher vocational students’ learning flow experience, and study the factors that affected it, then try to establish the model of its influential factors.The thesis draws the following conclusions:(1)The learning flow experience of higher vocational students does not exsit differences from undergraduates; undergraduates are significantly higher than higher vocational students in "concentration"; higher vocational students are significantly higher than undergraduates in "transformation of time","clear goals" and "autotelic experience".(2) The learning flow experience of higher vocational students decreased with the increasing of grade.(3) Males are significantly higher than females in learning flow experience among higher vocational students.(4) Science students are significantly higher than liberal arts students in learning flow experience among higher vocational students.(5) The influence of academic self-efficacy, learning motivation, learning environment, autotelic personality to learning flow experience have been tested; the academic self-efficacy, learning motivation and learning environment affect learning flow experience partly through autotelic personality.
