With the implementation of the "2030 Plan outline of healthy China",creating a healthy environment,developing healthy industries and improving health protection have gradually become the focus of our sports work.Under this background,The teaching activity of out-ofschool sports club comes into being with the reform of physical education,which fills the gap of traditional school physical education,promotes the integration of school sports and social sports,and fully arouses the enthusiasm of teenagers to participate in sports activities.It enriches the teenagers' spare time and makes the adolescents' physical and mental experience develop well.By studying the experience of junior high school students participating in sports clubs outside of school,this paper analyzes the students' participation in sports clubs outside the school.In addition to the gender differences in experience,grade differences,urban and rural differences,parents' attitudes towards the experience of sports clubs,and the influencing factors of students' participation in the experience of sports clubs outside school,and so on.In order to promote the integration of school sports and social sports,the paper puts forward corresponding suggestions on the implementation of out-of-school sports clubs.This research takes the junior high school students' experience of participating in the outof-school sports club as the research object,and takes the junior middle school students participating in the out-of-school sports club in Linfen as the investigation object,and adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,and so on.This paper studies the experience and influencing factors of junior high school students' participation in out-of-school sports clubs and puts forward feasible suggestions for junior high school students to better participate in out-of-school sports clubs by means of case analysis and other scientific research and analysis methods.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the grade difference of students participating in sports clubs outside school has motivation tendency,will quality,interpersonal dimension,gender difference has emotional experience,self-efficacy dimension;The differences betweenurban and rural areas have the dimensions of will quality,emotional experience and selfefficacy.(2)at present,the frequency of junior high school students participating in out-ofschool sports clubs is not optimistic.With the increase of grade,the number and frequency of participating in out-of-school sports clubs experience decreases.The pressure on students to enter the middle school entrance examination increases the burden of study,which affects the students' time of participating in sports club activities outside school,resulting in motivation tendency,will quality,emotional state,interpersonal communication,and body.In terms of state and self-confidence,the average score of seventh and eighth graders was higher than that of ninth graders.(3)the proportion of urban students was significantly higher than that of rural students in the frequency of experience and the parents' supervision to take part in physical exercises.Parents' recognition of sports will affect students' experience of participating in out-of-school sports clubs,and also determine whether students can choose the sports that suit themselves or the sports that they like in the experience.Different family conditions will determine the number of students participating in sports.(4)the percentage of junior high school students participating in sports clubs outside school is relatively low,and most of the sports facilities are concentrated in urban areas.The club has a great disadvantage in the promotion of rural propaganda.(5)there are differences in the experience of different gender junior high school students participating in out-of-school sports clubs,and the high proportion of male students' choice of items is concentrated on ball and outdoor events.Girls mainly focus on indoor and dance events,and girls are narrower than boys in sports activities.In motivation orientation,will quality,emotional state,emotional experience,environmental comfort,interpersonal communication,self-efficacy,The scores of physical state showed that the average scores of boys were higher than that of girls in these dimensions.(6)the influence of junior high school students' participation in out-of-school sports clubs was higher than that of girls.The factors of experience include school factors,family factors,individual factors,bad adaptation factors,self-confidence and self-esteem factors.The percentage of high scores of students who participated in sports clubs outside school was higher than that of students who participated in sports clubs outside school.The experience of sports clubs outside school played an important role in promoting the achievement of physical education in the high school entrance examination.According to the above-mentioned research results,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)strengthen students' experience of joining out-of-school sports clubs;The attention and attention of schools and parents should shift from caring about students' culturalresults to the positive degree of participation of students in out-of-school sports clubs,and encourage students to step out of the classroom.To promote the healthy growth of students.(2)balancing the experience of junior high school students in sports clubs outside school experienced gender differences,urban and rural differences,and grade differences.(3)parents can teach students to break through peer and gender influences.Dare to try sports that you like,and guide girls to take part in a wider range of out-of-school activities that are suitable for them,subject to physical permission Sports club sports Parents should pay more attention to health issues and popularize knowledge of exercise,understand the importance of exercise,and communicate frequently with students.(4)Education departments should homogenize the assessment criteria and implement a multi-angle evaluation system for further studies.(5)the government should vigorously support and operate the development of out-of-school sports clubs,perfect the management and development system of out-of-school sports clubs,and fully reflect the cultural characteristics of "sports health".Build diversified and active out-ofschool sports clubs so that they can develop in different areas of urban and rural areas.
