With the gradual awakening of teachers' professional development consciousness,teachers have become more and more aware that the motivation for their true development comes from the ultimate goals of self-renewal,self-identification,and self-realization.And teaching experience is the source of wisdom of teachers' teaching practice and professional development.The sharing of teaching experience is one of the important ways to promote the professional development of teachers.In the process of teaching experience sharing,teaching experience can be transmitted,shared,innovative and valued The level of teaching and professional ability has been improved;and professional teachers are the key factors to improve the competitive advantage of the school.However,in the process of teacher teaching and teaching experience sharing,it will be affected and restricted by many factors,and it does not reach the expected state.The purpose of this study is to analyze the specific factors that affect the sharing of teachers' teaching experience through empirical investigations,and the factors that hinder the sharing of teaching experience.Strategy.In order to understand the main sources of the influencing factors of teachers' teaching experience sharing and their related research materials,this research uses the literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview survey method.The influencing factors of teachers' teaching experience sharing are analyzed and investigated in five aspects.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and methods,and related literature reviews.The second part: the theoretical research of teaching experience sharing.It mainly defines the connotation,value,and related concepts of teaching experience sharing,and discusses the theoretical basis of teachingexperience sharing,as the theoretical basis for the investigation and research of the influencing factors of teaching experience sharing.The third part: The preliminary determination and analysis of the influencing factors of teachers' teaching experience sharing,combined with related research to determine the influencing factors of teaching experience sharing,presupposing the influencing factors of teaching experience sharing of teachers,narrowing the scope and indicating the direction for subsequent empirical investigation and research.The fourth part: Investigation and analysis of influencing factors of teacher's teaching experience sharing.Through questionnaire survey and interview investigation research methods,the main factors affecting teacher's teaching experience sharing are identified.From three aspects: teacher dimension,teaching experience dimension and environment dimension,this paper analyzes the composition of influencing factors of teacher teaching experience sharing and what obstacles in these three aspects affect teacher teaching experience sharing.The fifth part: strategies to promote teachers' teaching experience sharing.Specific strategies to promote teachers' teaching experience sharing are put forward from the aspects of individual teachers,characteristics of teaching experience and environment.
