The physical health problems of children and adolescents have become the focus of our country.In addition to the unreasonable diet and nutrition,the lack of physical activity of students is one of the leading factors.School is the main place for students to live,and PE class is the main way for students to carry out physical activities.The quality of PE class is directly related to students' physical health.Exercise load is the core factor of school PE curriculum,and the size of exercise load will directly affect the effect and quality of PE class exercise.In this study,208 students in grade five and grade six of Xiao Yan Ta Primary School in Xi'an were selected as test objects.The physique of elementary students in Xiao Yan Ta Primary School in Xi'an,physical exercise load and its influencing factors were tested and analyzed by means of literature,test and mathematical statistics.The physical fitness intensity and physical load of PE class were quantified by the heart rate interval and Training impulse(TRIMP),and the physical fitness status and correlation of primary school students were explored.This paper provides reference and suggestion for scientific and reasonable arrangement of PE exercise load and increasing students' PE exercise effect.The results are as follows:(1)According to the test results of heart rate interval,primary school students' PE classes are mainly low-moderate intensity,and the exercise intensity is mainly concentrated in the range of 120-160 times /min.The total time of Moderate to Vigorous Physical Activity(MVPA)in school PE courses only accounts for 36.7% of the total class time,and the exercise intensity is too small.From the perspective of the exercise intensity of different PE courses,all the exercise contents have reached the ultimate intensity.Physical strength class is the most intense,followed by the ball class;(2)The average TRIMP value of PE was 76.62±26.69,only 74% of the minimum ideal value,and the exercise load was too small.The TRIMP value was in the order of physical fitness > ball class > track and field +ball class > track and field class;(3)The average exercise density of PE class was53.6%,and the exercise density was suitable.The average time of the preparation part was 13.32 min,the average time of the basic part was 25.51 min,and the average time of the end part was 0.31 min.The preparation part was too long,and the end part was too short.(4)The overall physical health score of primary school students is 72.6,which is at the passing level.There are many overweight and obese students,and the overall overweight and obesity rate is 31.73%,among which the 50 m run(65.6points),50 M ×8 round trip(67.9 points)and sitting forward bend(69.4 points)are poor.(5)Average heart rate,MVPA and TRIMP were negatively correlated with vital capacity,one-minute sit-ups and total physical fitness scores.Suggestions :(1)teachers should pay attention to the intensity of physical activity of students in PE class and increase the cumulative time of MVPA of students in class,which is recommended to reach more than 50% of the total time of each class,and try to ensure that the total TRIMP value of PE class is at least 103.5;(2)It is suggested that the sports density of each PE class should reach about 75%,and the preparation time of school PE courses should be shortened,while the end time of the course should be increased;(3)Enrich the teaching content of school PHYSICAL education curriculum.According to the requirements of "Curriculum standards",the teaching content should involve track and field,ball games,gymnastics,rhythm and traditional ethnic and folk sports activities;(4)It is suggested to add about 10 min of physical training for students' poor speed,endurance quality and high obesity rate in each class,so as to reduce the body fat rate of students and promote their healthy physical development.
