| In recent years,with the increasingly obvious internationalization trend of basketball,more and more experts and scholars have realized that the backwardness of basketball special physical quality is an important factor restricting the development of basketball level in China.The training of basketball project not only includes the training of skills and tactics,but also includes the training of strength,speed,endurance,agility and other sports qualities.As one of the most important sports qualities of basketball players,agility training methods have been paid close attention by experts and scholars at home and abroad.At present,the training method of dexterity quality has appeared a trend from single exercise to comprehensive exercise of dexterity quality,that is,to improve dexterity quality through other exercise quality training.As a training method to develop comprehensive sports quality,core stability training has been widely used in various events and has played a certain role.At present,in the research of the influence of core stability on dexterity quality,there is a lack of research on different training states of core stability,and also a lack of thinking about the causes of different training effects,as well as an in-depth discussion on how core stability training affects dexterity quality.This research mainly from the practice of training,the analysis of core stability under different state training steps and the traditional training in the sensitive quality differences in training effect,explore the core stability training under different condition and the reason of the effect of different clarifying affect the quality of the sensitive mechanism,core stability training for coaches and athletes to provide theoretical support for the scientific training.To provide practical and feasible training methods for the training of teenagers’ agility and quality.With the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,experiment and mathematical statistics as the main research methods,60 teenagers aged 10-12 from Century Basketball Training Camp in Zibo City were selected as the experimental subjects.The subjects were randomly divided into three groups.The control group A was given the traditional foot training method,the experimental group B was given the core stability training under stable state,and the experimental group C was given the core stability training under unstable state.Variable movement ability(bur-up test,Nebraska test),directional change ability(T run test,W run test),and specific movement ability(cross slide test,full-field comprehensive test)were used to reflect the development of agility.After 8 weeks of grouping experiment,the collected data were collated and compared.It was found that before and after the experiment,there were no significant differences in the sensitivity indexes of control group A(P>0.05)except for the T word running test(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in bur-up test(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in other training indexes in group B(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the bur-up test of group C before and after the experiment(P <0.05),and there were significant differences in other training indexes before and after the experiment(P<0.01).After the experiment,there were no significant differences between control group A and test group B in all the indicators(P>0.05),and there were significant differences(p<0.05)between control group A and test group C in all the other training indicators except bur-up test(P>0.05).By comparing the differences of different groups in the ability to change movement,change direction and special movement in the agility quality,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)Core stability training has formed a multi-dimensional training mode of "state +type + stage".(2)The effect of core stability training on agility training is better than that of traditional foot training,and the training under unsteady state plays a key role in core stability training.(3)The effect of core stability training under unsteady condition on agility training is better than that under stable condition.(4)Core stability training in unstable state can promote the development of body comprehensive strength to a certain extent. |
