| Objective: This research compared and analyzed the experimental data of eight-week resistance training with different intensity combined with plyometric training to explore its effect on the lower limb power. Methods: Divided 16 male college students into two groups randomly: High intensity group(HG),training with85% 1RM;Low intensity group(LG),training with 60% 1RM.Both groups adopted the same plyometric training content and intensity for 8 weeks and training on Tuesday and Friday.1 week before experiment and 2-3 days after experiment, the subject accepted 40-yard sprints test and lower limb power test(long jump and vertical jump). Results: After 8 weeks of resistance training combined with plyometric training. The results of 40 yard sprint in H group and l group were significantly improved(P < 0.05),3.1% and 1.7% respectively,However, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);(2)In the single explosive lower limbs power test, the long jump score in horizontal direction were increased by 6.4% and 5%,respectively,in group H and group L(P < 0.05),However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),The results of vertical jump increased by 4.9% and 6.7% respectively(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05);(3)In the lower extremity continuous explosive force test, the score of horizontal L long jump in H group and l group increased by 11.4% and 13.4% respectively(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the groups(P > 0.05).The results of continuous vertical jump increased by 5.2% and 7.8% respectively, but there was no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion: Low-intensity resistance training combined with rapid stretching training can achieve the same effect as high-intensity resistance training combined with rapid stretching training, which is conducive to saving physical fitness. |
