Objectives: This study uses two complex training methods to intervene in the power of the lower limbs.One is the air Pneumatic resistance training method,and the other is the traditional barbell complex training method.Through these two training methods,the effects of lower limb power training are compared,trying to find a more effective way to improve the power training of lower limbs.Methods: Through literature review,we can understand the research status of complex training and provide theoretical and practical support for training movement and load design.Twenty-two Beijing Sports University sports students were randomly divided into the air Pneumatic resistance group and the traditional group.The Pneumatic resistance group used 85% 1RM load for 5 times and half squat practice,and then 5 plyometric training on the 60 cm training bench.Practice,carry out 5 groups,each group is 4 minutes intermittent,6 weeks training,2 trainings per week;the traditional training group and the Pneumatic resistance group use the same training load,but the Keiser pneumatic resistance training device is used in the upper air resistance group.The traditional group is performed using a barbell.Before and after the experiment,the data of the lower limb power evaluation index(30-meter sprint running,standing long jump,maximum peak power and maximum limb strength)were collected,and the data were statistically analyzed by mathematical statistics.Results:(1)There was a significant increase in the 30-meter performance of the air Pneumatic resistance group and the traditional group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)There was a significant improvement in the standing long jump of the air Pneumatic resistance group(P<0.01),and the traditional group had a significant improvement(P<0.05),and the air Pneumatic resistance group was higher than the traditional group(P<0.05).(3)The air Pneumatic resistance group showed a significant increase in peak power(P<0.01),and the conventional group had a significant improvement(P<0.05).The air Pneumatic resistance group was superior to the traditional group(P<0.05).(4)The air Pneumatic resistance group had a significant increase in the maximum strength of the lower limbs(P<0.01),and the conventional group had a significant increase(P<0.05).The air Pneumatic resistance group was superior to the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both the air Pneumatic resistance group and the traditional group can improve the 30-meter performance,but it does not show which method is better.(2)Both the air Pneumatic resistance group and the traditional group have improved their standing long jump results,while the air resistance group is more suitable for improving the standing long jump results.(3)air Pneumatic resistance group and the traditional group can increase the vertical jump peak power,but the air Pneumatic resistance group improves the vertical jump peak power better than the traditional group.(4)Both the air Pneumatic resistance group and the traditional group can improve the maximum strength of the lower limbs,but the effect of improving the maximum strength of the lower limbs in the air Pneumatic resistance group is better than that of the traditional group.(5)The effect of the air Pneumatic resistance complex training methods on improving power of the lower limbs is better than that of the traditional barbell complex training method.Suggestions: Through this experiment,it is verified that the air Pneumatic resistance complex training method has obvious training effect on improving the power of the lower limbs.It is suggested that the individual and the sports team can use the air Pneumatic resistance complex training method to train in the stage of improving the power of the lower limbs.(2)The subjects in this study are all students of the Beijing Sports University.It is suggested that future research can be conducted on athletes of specific sports,so that the experimental results are more targeted.(3)Due to the limited time of this study,the experiment only lasted for 6 weeks.It is suggested that future research can prolong the experimental period and study the changes of lower limb explosive force data of athletes in different time periods.(4)In the data analysis of the 30-meter sprint run,there is no significant difference between the gas resistance group and the traditional group.It is suggested that the sprinters with little difference in technical level can be selected in the selection of the subjects,so as to avoid the technical inconsistency.,and the difference caused,or extend the test distance,the time points are counted for different distances.(5)We can do futher research in biomechanical or physiology way if conditions permitt in the future.
