Objective:On the basis of clarifying the status quo of endurance quality and competitive performance of Chinese women’s boxing,this paper discusses the relationship between endurance quality and competitive performance of women’s boxing,and finds the key indexes of endurance quality that limit competitive performance of women’s boxing.It provides valuable clues and inspiration for the in-depth development of sports research of Chinese boxing projects and the continuous improvement of women’s boxing competitive performance,so as to help women’s boxing improve competitive performance and achieve competition results.Methods:A total of 20 female boxers were included and divided into three groups according to their technical-rank:master sportsman group(A),first-class sportsman group(B)and second-class sportsman group(C).Among them,there are 7 athletes,3athletes of international master sportsman and 4 athletes of master sportsman in group A.6 first-class sportsman in group B and 7 second-class athletes in group C.During the summer training(june-september 2018)and winter training(january-march 2019),the indicators and data of endurance quality and competitive performance would be collected.Venous blood was extracted to measure hemoglobin(Hb)content.Body composition and echocardiography were used to measure body fat rate(F%)and stroke volume(SV).Wingate test was used to investigate the maximum power(PP)and average power(AP),etc.The maximal oxygen uptake test and the individual lactate threshold test were used to test the maximal oxygen uptake(VO2max)and its related indicators.The video method was used to extract the time-motion and technique-tactical performance of female boxers.The test data of endurance quality in the same period were matched with the competitive performance data extracted from the video.One-way anova was used to analyze the data of endurance quality and competitive performance of athletes of different technical-rank.The typical correlation method was used to analyze the correlation between the two groups of indicators of endurance quality and competitive performance.Setα<0.05 as the significance level.Results:1.With the promotion of technical-rank,the components of anaerobic endurance and aerobic endurance of female boxers had the tendency to increase.2.With the improvement of technical-rank,female boxers showed an increasing trend in the indicators of active competition and active attack,and a decreasing trend in the indicators of foul tendency and non-active attack.For the technical and tactical performance,there were different degrees of improvement in the use of offensive and defensive movements.3.The Relative Maximum Power(PP/kg)with 2-Punch Combinations(2-PC),Block and Counter(BC)had a significant and extremely significant positive correlation,Relative Average Power(AP/kg)had a significant positive correlation relationship between TD,ΔLAmax had a very significant positive correlation relationship between Total Straights(TS),PP,AP,Fatigue Index(FI%).There was a significant positive correlation between VO2max/kg and Activity-to-Rest(A:R).Maximal Ventilatory Volume(MVV)had a significant and extremely significant positive correlation with A:R,Total Punches(TP),Punches Per Minute(PM),2-PC and Total Defense(TD),and a significant and extremely significant negative correlation with Total Stop Time(TST),Referee Stop Time(RST).There was a significant positive correlation between SV and A:R and TS.There was a significant negative correlation between F%and TD.Maximum Output Power(Pmax),Ventilatory Threshold(VT),Hb,Lactate Clearance Rate(ΔLA)and no correlation between competitive performance indicators.4.There was a highly positive correlation between endurance quality and competitive performance(canonical correlation coefficient:0.88and 0.96).The endurance quality indicators closely related to competitive performance wereΔLAmax,MVV,SV and F%.The competitive performance indicators closely related to endurance quality were TD,2-PC,A:R,TST,RST,TP,PM and TD.Conclusion:1.The aerobic and anaerobic endurance qualities of female boxers are highly positively correlated with the competitive performance(typical correlation coefficients 0.96 and 0.88).The improvement of aerobic and anaerobic endurance qualities can help promote the performance of athletics.2.Among aerobic endurance qualities,the maximal ventilatory volume has the highest positive correlation with the athletic performance of female boxers.Changes in lung ventilation capacity may be an important factor affecting the performance of athletic performance.3.Among anaerobic endurance qualities,the Maximum Lactic Acid value has the highest positive correlation with the performance of female boxers.Higher lactic acid tolerance and glycolytic capacity may have a higher impact on athletic performance.
