Purpose: This experiment in order to explore changes of the athletes sleep quality after the intervention of high oxygen environment. The evaluation index is the athlete sleep structure changes and the change of heart rate variability index. Providing theory basis for recover after training for coach and physical therapist in order to improve the athletes performance, slow down and prevent exercise induced fatigue, reduce the sports injury.Methods: This topic use the literature material method, expert interview method, logic analysis method, experimental method, mathematical statistics method to design the experiment plan. Nine healthy athletes form women’s professional team of Beijing as experimental object, the age of 21 ± 2.67 years old, height 170.63 ±6.72 cm, the weight be 63 ±8.42 Kg.According to the design of experiment, the nine players were randomly divided into three groups A, B, C, the whole experiment stage can be divided into three phases, respectively, in June 2014(Ⅰ), September 2014( Ⅱ),( Ⅲ) in December 2014.Three groups in the three periods of experiments for cross experiment, each issue in addition to the control group, the other two groups were oxygen generator atmospheric oxygen intervention and a half hours a day and hyperbaric oxygen intervention in an hour.Each intervention time for two weeks.The grouping are arranged as following: June,2014(Ⅰ):A for control group,B for oxygen group,C for hyperbaric oxygen group.September,2014(Ⅱ):B for control group,C for oxygen group,A for hyperbaric oxygen group.December,2014(Ⅲ):C for control group,A for oxygen group,B for hyperbaric oxygen group. After the intervention, adopting SOMNO screen PSG(PSG) on the athletes’ heart rate variability(HRV) and sleep process test, the part of time domain and frequency domain index of HRV is chosen and sleep process indexes within the group and the comparative analysis between groups to comprehensive observation of high oxygen environment intervention effects on the athletes sleep quality.Conclusion: 1.Oxygen intervention can significantly improve the SDNN, RMSSD and NN50, PNN50, HF, reduce the VLF, LF and LF/HF, make the vagus nerve activity, sympathetic nerve tension is abate, increased heart rate variability.At the same time increase the sleep efficiency, shorten sleep incubation period, increased the proportion of deep sleep and decreases sleep changes and proportion of awakening.It is useful to improve the sleep quality of the athletes. 2.Hyperbaric oxygen chamber intervention can make the SDNN, RMSSD and NN50, PNN50,TP,HF increase, reduce the VLF,LF and LF/HF,boosting the heart rate variability, to improve the sympathetic nerve and vagus nerve tension balance.That sleep efficiency increased at the same time, the proportion of deep sleep significantly increased, sleep changes and awakening times significantly reduced.It could improve the athletes’ sleep very well. 3.Although there are significant differences on the index of TP between Oxygen interventions and hyperbaric oxygen chamber intervention, but because of the bigger individual difference about HRV, at the same time other sleep index have no obvious difference between two groups, so that atmospheric oxygen intervention and hyperbaric oxygen chamber effect of intervention to improve sleep quality women boxing athletes are basically identical.
