| Objective: To formulate 6 post-activation potentiation effect induction schemes according to different loads and set configurations,and then collect and analyze the kinetic and surface myoelectric data of squatting before and after the completion of different post-activation potentiation effect induction schemes,(1)to explore whether the cluster set can successfully induce the post-activation potentiation effect;(2)compare the differences in post-activation potentiation effect between traditional set and cluster set configurations,and further explore the differences in post-activation potentiation effect between different cluster set configurations;(3)to compare the differences in the enhanced effect of induced activation in the cluster set training under different loads.Through the study on the cluster set configurations and post-activation potentiation,it provides reference for the application of cluster set configurations and post-activation potentiation in training,promotes the progress of relevant research,and contributes to the enrichment of training and pre-competition warm-up means.Methods: Eleven male college students from the Strength and Conditioning Training College of Beijing Sport University were recruited.All the subjects were healthy,able to perform squat and counter-movement jump exercises,and the squat weight could reach over 1.5 times of body weight.Two types of squat loads,65%1RM and 87%1RM,were selected,and three types of set configuration were formulated,namely,traditional set(no interval),cluster set 1(30s interval)and cluster set 2(60s interval),to form six different post-activation potentiation induction schemes.The subjects completed 6 different induction schemes in a random order,and performed squat and jump tests at 15 s,4min,8min,12 min and 16 min before and after each induction scheme.The force platform and surface electromyography were used as test instruments,and the test indexes included height of flight,peak power and root mean square amplitude.One-way Repeated Measures Anova and LSD were used to compare and analyze the differences of counter-movement jump indexes before and after each each induction scheme,and find out the time point of post-activation potentiation generation of each experimental intervention program.Two-way Repeated Measures Anova and LSD were used to compare and analyze the influence of post-activation potentiation induced by different set configurations on counter-movement jump index under the same load,and find out the differences in post-activation potentiation effect between traditional set,cluster set and different cluster set.Two-way Repeated Measures Anova and LSD were used to compare and analyze the influence of different load induced post-activation potentiation on the counter-movement jump index under the same set configurations,and find out the differences in the post-activation potentiation effect of 65%1RM and 87%1RM loads.Results :(1)Under 87%1RM load,the height of flight in cluster set 1 and cluster set 2 increased significantly at 15 s after the intervention compared with the baseline value(p<0.05),while the height of flight in cluster set 2 increased significantly at4 min after the intervention compared with the baseline value(p<0.05).Under87%1RM load,the peak power at 15 s and 4min after experimental intervention in both the cluster set 1 and the cluster set 2 increased significantly compared with the baseline values(p<0.05).(2)Under 65%1RM load,the height of flight in cluster set 1at 15 s after experimental intervention was significantly higher than that in the traditional set(p<0.05),and the peak power in cluster set 1 and cluster set 2 at 15 s after experimental intervention was significantly higher than that in the traditional set(p<0.05).At 87% of 1RM load,the height of flight and peak power in cluster set 1and cluster set 2 were significantly higher than those in traditional set(p<0.05).(3)Under the traditional set arrangement,the height of flight and peak power of at the4 min and 8min after the intervention of 87%1RM load were significantly higher than65%1RM.Under the arrangement of cluster set 1 and cluster set 2,there was no significant difference between the two loads.Conclusions :(1)Under a high intensity load of 87%1RM,the cluster set with different interval time could successfully induce post-activation potentiation effect.(2)The difference in post-activation potentiation effect between the cluster set and the traditional set is mainly reflected in the occurrence time of the post-activation potentiation effect.The post-activation potentiation effect of the cluster set appears immediately after the experimental intervention,while the post-activation potentiation effect of the traditional set appears at 4min after the experimental intervention.(3)The post-activation potentiation of high intensity load was greater than that of moderate intensity load under traditional set arrangement. |
