Starting from the development of swimming training,the teaching methods range from public experience to professional action teaching;from single training technical action to the application of various and various training methods and means;from single increase of exercise volume to combination of load intensity and quantity of individualized teaching;from simple physical training to combination of special basic technical action and strength.With the continuous in-depth study of swimming by generations of researchers,people have more and more understanding of the essence of swimming.According to the guidance of scientific theory,swimming training methods are gradually diversified and scientific.As a "supporting point" in the whole movement process,the backbone strength of the trunk is used as a source of strength to transmit strength to the limbs while maintaining the stability of the body.Good trunk support force can effectively control the balance of athletes’ body,make them as the starting point and force to the limbs in the most stable state,improve the efficiency of sports and reduce the loss of sports.This paper mainly studies the correlation between trunk strength training and proprioception and body posture control through literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.The subjects of this study are 18 students from the school of education,Beijing University of physical education.After the investigation of basic information and technical level,they are divided into experimental group and control group.They are trained 16 times in 8 weeks.The body pillar strength training was carried out to test the changes before and after the 25 meter straight-line swimming with eyes closed,which mainly reflected that the swimmer adjusted the movement path through the body feeling and body posture control ability under the condition of losing the vision system,so that the body was in a good movement posture,and kept the body straight forward.Before and after the experiment,the subjects were tested in five tests: functional movement test,25 m freestyle,backstroke,breaststroke,butterfly and straight swimming with eyes closed.The data were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn:1.After eight weeks of training,FMS test was carried out.There was significant difference between the two groups in the two test indexes of front and back split squat and rotation stability(P< 0.05);there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the supine active leg lifting straight knee(P < 0.01);there were four test indexes in the deep squat,cross hurdle step,shoulder joint flexibility and trunk pillar stability push-up test There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.After eight weeks of training,there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the straight-line swimming test of 25 m closed eye freestyle and butterfly(P < 0.05);the experimental group and the control group were very different in the straight-line swimming test of 25 meter closed eye breaststroke Significant difference(P < 0.01);there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the straight-line swimming test of 25 m closed eye backstroke(P > 0.05).There were significant differences in the four swimming posture tests in the experimental group(P < 0.05).3.After eight weeks of trunk pillar strength training,the subjects in the experimental group have obvious changes in various test indexes,which shows that the trunk pillar strength training with unstable interface can activate deep muscles,improve the excitability and accuracy of nervous system,generate fast and accurate signals to muscle effectors,shorten the time of reflex arc effect,and improve the movement of muscle joints Sports efficiency,improve the swimmer’s ability to control their own technical movements in the process of sports,improve the movement track through strong trunk support force,and maintain the effective posture of the body in the water.
