attention to the beauty and movement of movement in sports.Scientific training is important to improve the development of the athletes of the project way.Body gesture control ability is an important criterion for showing the expression of athletes and evaluation of ethnic fitness exercise performance.The trunk position as the "source of power" of human movement is the central bridge of power chain transmission power during exercise Integration.A good trunk pillar force helps athletes to efficiently complete a set of actions,reduce the disagreement of movement,strengthen the control of movement and the unity of action.Research purpose: By combining the characteristics of the ethnic fitness operation project,the training of trunk pillar power is integrated into daily training,and the impact of the trial pillar power on the physical gesture of ethnic fitness athletes is discussed,in order to improve the physical gesture control ability of ethnic fitness athletes,adjust the action mode of the athletes during the training process,thereby improving the quality of the athlete’s complete movement.Research methods: This paper mainly uses a variety of scientific research methods such as literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Taking 40 members of the Ethnic Fitness Training Team of the Guizhou Minzu University as the experimental object,the trunk pillar pillar strength training intervention was conducted for 8 weeks of the experimental team.Compare the results of the relevant test indicators before and after training in the experimental group and the control group,and analyze the impact of the 8-week intervention training on the completion of the technical movement of ethnic fitness athletes.Research results:(1)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the physical gesture control capabilities of the two groups of dynamic movement direction of the two groups have improved to a certain extent compared with the experiment.Compared with before the experiment,the results between the two groups also have significant differences(p <0.01).(2)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the control ability and stability of the body posture of different motion surfaces under the static conditions of the two groups have been improved to varying degrees.Essence Compared with before the experiment,the results between the two groups have significant differences(p <0.05).(3)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the physical control ability of the two groups of team members has improved to varying degrees of physical control.The test results of various indicators of the experimental group are higher than the control group,There are significant differences(p <0.05)in one foot jumping steps(left),There is no significant difference in the right foot,The scores between the two groups are relatively significant than before the experiment(p <0.01).(4)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,the special quality of the two team members has been improved,but from the results of the performance analysis between the group,the improvement effect of the experimental group is significantly higher than that of the control group.Compared with the experiment,there is a very significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.01).The ability and physical control ability of the experimental team members to coordinate and cooperate are more obvious.(5)After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,from the analysis of the results between the two groups and the team in the group,the complete quality of the complete set of action has been improved.After the experiment,the two groups of players had a significant difference(p <0.05).Research conclusions:(1)Compared with traditional strength training,trunk pillar strength training has a more obvious effect on improving the body control under dynamic,static and unstable state conditions of ethnic gymnasts,which is more conducive to improving the asymmetry of various parts of the trunk,enhancing the accuracy of action patterns,and reducing the occurrence of redundant movements during exercise.(2)Compared to traditional strength training The trunk pillar strength training can effectively enhance the body’s sense of proprioception.During the completion of the routine,the footwork of the experimental group members is significantly clean and tidy,the lower limb movement is more flexible,the movement range is significantly increased,the unity is more prominent,and the switching between dance movements and calisthenics is more coordinated and clear.(3)Compared to traditional strength training The trial pillar power training improves to different degrees of flexibility of the shoulders and hip,strengthens the stability of the trunk and pelvis,and the physical control,stability,the bouncing power of the ankle and the hip joint of the body during the movement of the athletes.The shaking control ability ensures the fluency and stability of the athletes’ direction conversion.(4)Compared with traditional strength training,the completion effect of complete sets of movements completed by trunk pillar strength training is better,the overall score of the experimental group is higher,the action performance and technical expression effect are significantly more advanced than the control group members,and the trunk pillar strength training improves the comprehensive quality of the experimental team members,promotes the completion quality of the movements and the exertion of technical movements,thereby improving the expression of technical movements. |
