Recently, with the development of athletic sports, all kinds of training theories and methods have come into being in the world. One of them is the trunk. In the process of trunk strength training, combining with the law of human power chain,it emphasizes that participants should conduct strength training according to the correct movement mode.At the same time, this training method is rich and varied, including increasing strength training in unstable state and environment. On the one hand,it can help participants achieve their training purpose more effectively,on the other hand,it can improve participants’ training enthusiasm. This thesis uses the literature method, expert interview method and experimental method to conduct relevant research. Some first year students from the School of Physical Education of Xianyang Normal College were selected as the experimental subjects to go into the effect of trunk pillar strength on their body posture control ability. The following results were obtained by collating the test scores of the pre-experimental and post-experimental tests and conducting sample tests:(1)The dynamic body posture control ability under different directional co nditions showed significant differences between the experimental and control gr oups(0.01 < P < 0.05);the post-experimental test scores of the experimental s tudents showed highly significant differences compared to the pre-experimental ones(P < 0.01).(2)The students in the experimental and control groups showed a significant difference in body posture control ability on different movement surfaces at rest(0.01< P < 0.05);the post-experimental test scores of the experimental group showed a highly significant difference compared to the pre-experimental scores(P < 0.01).(3)The students in the experimental and control groups showed significant differences in their ability to control body posture with dynamic movement surface changes(0.01 < P < 0.05);the students in the experimental group showed highly significant differences in their pre-test scores compared to their post-test scores(P <0.01).(4)There was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(0.01 < P < 0.05)in the ability to control body posture in a non-stable state;the post-test scores of the experimental group showed a highly significant difference compared to the pre-test scores of the experimental group(P < 0.01).(5)Students in the experimental and control groups showed significant dif ferences in trunk endurance(0.01 < P < 0.05);students in the experimental gr oup showed highly significant differences in their post-experimental test scores compared to their pre-experimental scores(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.After 10 weeks’ training, the control ability of body posture of the students was improved significantly.Trunk strut strength can improve the transfer efficiency of upper and lower limbs, the direction and spatial perception of central nerve.2.After 10 weeks of systematic training, the control ability of body posture in different static motion planes was improved significantly.Through training to promote the coordinated development of different parts of muscle strength,so that the balance of body strength on both sides of the development, thus reducing the level of compensation movement.3.After 10 weeks of training, the students’ posture control was improved.Through systematic training, students can better grasp the body’s center of gravity and posture, and can quickly complete the next movement.4.After 10 weeks of training, students in the body unstable situation, the body posture of the control has been greatly improved.Non-steady state training and testing can better reflect the actual needs of athletes in the competition, thus improving the athletic performance and performance of athletes or athletes.5.Trunk endurance is often used to evaluate the core stability of athletes and sports participants. The core stability plays an important role in the formation of body posture, and body posture control plays a vital role in the process of sports. After 10 weeks of training, the students showed a significant increase in trunk endurance. |
