| In April 2019,the Education Supervision Office of the State Council issued two warnings in a row,reminding education departments around the world to tighten the safety string against drowning,which profoundly explained the importance of preventing drowning.For education departments at all levels,student drowning is a major killer that threatens the safety of primary and middle school students,and it is incumbent to do a good job in safety education for primary and middle school students.Based on literature review and interviews,this article found that Zhejiang Water Lifesaving Association,with the support and promotion of the National Sports General Administration Swimming Center,Provincial Sports Bureau and Education Bureau,summarized a set of implementation plans for the prevention of drowning into campus And the volunteer team strictly implements the standards of the program,which significantly reduces the drowning rate of local primary and middle school students.This article takes Zhejiang Provincial Water Life Saving Association’s anti-drowning education into campus as the research object,comprehensively adopts the literature data method,expert interview method,case analysis method and logic analysis method.The development status,characteristics,typical cases,existing problems and countermeasures have been relatively detailed research,the results are as follows:1.From the perspective of organization and management,the Zhejiang Water Life Saving Association has perfect departments and clear division of labor;from the perspective of the publicity team,the publicity teachers have a sense of responsibility and solid professional skills,and volunteers must pass strict selection and training;The cooperation with the education department has been strengthened,the number of publicity sessions and the number of beneficiaries have increased year by year,and the number of drownings has decreased year by year,resulting in a huge drowning reduction effect.2.From the perspective of publicity and promotion,the association adopts the online and offline "dual publicity" model,benefiting nearly one million people,which makes drowning prevention education popular.From the perspective of the standardization of the publicity process,the association first integrates materials and teaching aids.It will be interspersed with practical drowning prevention techniques to make the presentation targeted,and there will be a corresponding summary and evaluation after the event.3.Through interviews with relevant experts in the field of drowning prevention,it was found that the characteristics of the Zhejiang Water Life Saving Association when they carried out their work included a reasonable organizational process,support from the education department and some funds,standardization of the content of the publicity,high level of business of the publicity team and prevention The effect of drowning is remarkable.4.As the scale of drowning prevention work expands,we found some problems in the process of entering the campus: First,the faculty is relatively weak and there is a lack of young backbone;second,the scale is expanded and the material security is lacking;Third,there is insufficient publicity in rural areas,and students have less practical exercises.5.Regarding the problems of the Zhejiang Water Rescue Association in the prevention of drowning work,it is recommended to cultivate young backbones and strengthen teachers;call on all parties to pay attention and support,enrich equipment and equipment;focus on rural areas,and collaborate with society,schools and families Trinity co-management. |
