| The swimming lifesaving volunteers in natural waters play an important role in guaranteeing life and property,which is of great significance to the extensive development of the national fitness campaign.Fuzhou Winter Swimming Association rescue volunteers daily natural waters lifesaving activities around Fuzhou in Minjiang waters 12 water rescue point.But most of the life-saving volunteers are amateur swimmers,and no professional rescue training is available,so the lack of professional degree leads to the danger of life-saving volunteers may be two because of their own level.Therefore,this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,expert interviews,field survey,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics on the Fuzhou city Minjiang river swimming association water rescue volunteers natural lifesaving standard construction,in order to reduce the risk of their own life to rescue volunteers,improve the success rate of rescue.The following conclusions are drawn as follows:(?)the life saving standard is composed of three kinds of index system:the level of volunteers' swimming,the hydrology of Minjiang and the way of life saving.(2 lifesaving volunteers follow the low level of danger to save the way of low grade rescue,and the high level of danger is high level of rescue.(3)the hydrologic conditions are arranged from high to low in accordance with the risk degree:whirlpool,dark current,water barrier,fast velocity,and low tide and water temperature.(4)the life saving standard of volunteers with different swimming levels was constructed.In this standard,different levels of volunteers had great differences in choosing different ways of rescue for different hydrological situations.The higher the level is,the lower the life-saving way is.According to the conclusion of the study,this paper proposes to improve the quality of the lifesaving team,improve the training methods,and reasonably distribute the personnel to achieve effective lifesaving volunteer assistance. |
