Research On The Implementation Path Of Zhejiang Youth Anti-Drowning Safety Education From The Perspective Of Synergy Theory

In recent years,drowning accidents among teenagers have become increasingly frequent,and drowning has become the main cause of accidental death among teenage students.In the face of drowning among teenagers,how to improve students’ awareness of drowning prevention and carry out targeted drowning prevention and safety education is a problem that needs the whole society to work together.This paper uses literature data method,field survey method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,logical analysis method and other research methods to investigate the current situation of drowning prevention and safety education among teenagers in Zhejiang Province.From the perspective of synergy theory,it is believed that drowning prevention and safety education among teenagers in Zhejiang Province is composed of four elements: government,school,family and society.Through analysing the participation status and implementation methods of each element,the implementation path of drowning prevention and safety education in Zhejiang Province is summarized.It can be concluded that:1.Since the implementation of drowning prevention and safety education in Zhejiang Province,the situation of drowning among teenagers has been greatly improved,and most teenagers have a good awareness of drowning prevention and safety,and have mastered the basic safety knowledge and skills of drowning prevention.2.Zhejiang Province has a unique implementation path in drowning prevention and safety education among teenagers.Under the high attention of the government,schools are implemented in an orderly manner,families and schools cooperate in education,and society actively participates.All elements have played a good role.3.In the process of implementing drowning prevention and water safety education for teenagers,the government,schools,families and society of Zhejiang Province should coordinate their ideas,systems,resources and talents to jointly educate teenagers.4.The government should take the lead in drowning prevention and water safety education for teenagers.As a slow variable,the government promotes and implements relevant policies to regulate fast variables such as schools,families and society,so as to make the drowning prevention and water safety education system develop orderly and steadily.5.It is necessary to promote the orderly development of drowning prevention and water safety education in a self-organizing manner.Promoting schools,families and societies to cooperate spontaneously and form a new orderly structure and stable operation will help the better integration and development of the drowning prevention and water safety education system for teenagers,so as to achieve the coordinated education of the government,schools,families and society.
